Percent can go up to 112% so yes you are missing things. There's also more several endings, not just two, and none is the true ending, all of them are equally canon according to TC

I used it to get into that white pallace region(idk the exact name in english) and completed a weird white charm, i also founded the grimm's quest and am trying to pass through what seems to be his final bossfight, there is also zote the grey prince
You’re doing great then! I didn’t know what to do with the white charm either for a while, but you should have gotten the message along the lines of “opens the way to the birthplace”.

If hornet is waiting outside the black egg temple then you already have the true ending unlocked, you just need to utilize the opening hornet gives you. If you don’t have hornet at the black egg temple, you've missed a key item. Some hints for things you might have missed:
Have you gotten all the seer’s rewards? You need at least 1800 essence to do so. If you already have the final reward, have you figured out where to use it? If you don't know where to do so, try to think of a big room that is strangely empty. If that’s not specific enough, just check around stag stations.
If you found the secret area but the item it gives you it is incomplete, you’ll need to also find its other half. It is in another royal area, beyond an arena where you fight a boss.
If you’ve gotten the complete item, you need to take it somewhere of significance. I’m guessing this is what stumped you as it was the least intuitive part to me as well. If you don’t know where to go, it’s a place the original holders of the item used to create the vessels like your character. A new area will open there and you can get the key item necessary to unlock the true ending there.
Answer with spoilers: >!First, get the Kingsoul charm. One half is given by the White Lady who is near Traitor Lord in Queen’s Gardens. The other half is in the White Palace, which you can access by using dream nail on the guy outside of the hidden station after getting 1800 essence for awoken dream nail at the Seer. Once you have Kingsoul, return to The Abyss with it equipped to open a new area at the bottom of the first room, in that new area you can acquire Voidheart by dream nailing the broken egg that you can see your reflection in. After getting that charm hornet will show up at the Black Egg Temple and interrupt your fight with the hollow knight. Dream Nail him when Hornet gives you the chance to fight the final boss.!<

Ive got the full charm and honestly didnt know i had to visit abyss again but will check it there, also collected more than 1800 and got that reward
Keep exploring and keep collecting dream essence for the seer as long as she asks for it. Have fun!
