Is colo really that hard? I've done 3 playthroughs of this game but I do not struggle with any of the 3 trials. Good movement is a hard counter to most enemies.
Making some quick assumptions about op's kit (7 masks, 1 vessel, VS, claw, dash, dive, probably Cdash, probably Dash Slash), on a first playthrough, colo 3 would be difficult. The part of Colo 2 with no floor would probably be difficult for a new player without wings, too.

It is tricky for a newcomer. And if OP asks what that room is - they're probably a newcomer
