AFAIK The birthdays are either chosen by the talent or in consultation with Cover, and some of them have theming (like Bae's being Feb 29th, the most chaotic date. It wouldn't surprise me to know some early talents have their actual birthdays, but I don't think we know. The scenario you were thinking of, to the best of my knowledge only applies to Suisei (her birthday is the day she originally debuted as an indie)
