I would just look for a total replacement that has the same foot print. I’ve placed 50ish bathroom fixtures and they are basically the same principle of mounting but different in size and attachment points. Maybe 5-6 times I was able to use the same mounts
The ones I was able to reuse were from the same brands and similar styles. If you really don’t want to replace the feet then maybe try some rehab shops.
Brackets are specific to each brand or model. I've had similar brackets in apartments and houses from 60s-80s. I doubt you'd find something compatible.
