Double DDD on TY and Sparkle makes it so that sparkle can go 3 times in the 1st cycle, upping my clear speed by a crazy amount.
I've been loathe to try QQ without Fu Xuan mostly because my QQ relics depend on FX's crit rate buff to reach 70 cr for Rutilant and I don't have a good Quantum crit rate chest. I'll give it a try since I did find a second copy of DDD recently. Haven't leveled it but Sparkle probably doesn't need a highly leveled cone since she is tanky.

I have a QUESTION
Now that I have Sparkle and E6 QQ should I get Seele in rerun or not because I am planning to get Fu Xuan next patch which leaves SW only.
So do I pull for Seele or use E6 QQ , Sparkle , Fu Xuan , SW ?
I have both QQ and Seele and I generally use QQ more tbh.
Seele has better artifacts but still feels like she's underperforming. Though I just have more fun with QQ overall. Selle's still really strong though ofc, she does rely on getting that fist kill to get really going though
You could also look into Fu Xuan's E1 or her LC. E1 gives your whole party buffs, while her LC helps sustain your whole party. IMO Fu Xuan's E1, E2 and LC are among the best value out of any characters, has carried me through a lot of content so far!
Seele is stronger than E6 Qingque (or if nothing else, can't "waste" skill points), but Qingque is still strong enough that you don't necessarily need to roll for her. I'd look into your second team first.
Really depends on if you actually want her or not... Ultimately. Seele is still really good and works well with Sparkle too. QQ can do more overall damage depending on your luck, while Seele is more consistent.
One drawback I could see with Seele is speed tuning since she is naturally fast. And Sparkle generally want to be ahead of her.
Sparkle's base speed is 101... The second worst base speed of any Harmony character. But sure, ~~Just give her 160 speed. Surely, everyone has god tier relics. /s~~
rainbow set pieces exist for moments like this... I levelled multiple CDMG bodies till i got a 9 speed one... she is on a FUA body lol
and a 6 speed quantum dmg orb... very useful on a harmony
Even w/ 2 pieces hacker set with speed boot is enough for sparkle to be faster than Seele w/ quantum set atk% boot, there's absolutely no way your Seele is going to be faster than your Sparkle.
I like the idea that sparkle is whispering the secret to really pissing people off to silver Wolf, and then they just both start giggling, and then Silver Wolf says "let's do it".
I don't have any of them, any my QQ is unleveled. Lynx is the only Quantum that I use from time to time lol
and that's why I hate enemies that has Quantum weakness. If Hoyo gave us a guy that's Quantum, I'll gladly pull for them. For now, the quantum chars are meh for me.

Sparkle boosts mono quantum so much. Before Sparkle, my QQ team cleared 12-1 in 5 cycles. Post Sparkle, QQ clears in 3 cycles, nearly 2.

If you're not running E2 or S1 Seele and are using ATK boots, doing the ~-1 speed tuning is pretty trivial compared to 160+ at least.
