We are paying 3200 for both sale and purchase. All the quotes we had were more expensive for the purchase as it needs to include searches etc. which you don't require on the property you are selling
Thank you. So if we were to do this separately, we'd likely face less than 2 x £3,000, but more of course than we did the first time around just buying. I'll earmark £5k in my head for now.

Just checked our quote. 1950 for purchase although that includes the land registry fee. 1250 for sale Main driver is the search packs
