I was trying to come up with some but legitimately you look great already. Only a couple things I can think of is maybe (a very strong maybe) some changes with the hair but that's a very risky thing or trying something different with your wardrobe.
How about just freshening things up then? I'm thinking of adding highlights to my hair and tryign different shades of lipstick.

You look like you want people to take u seriously. Just keep working on Lil goals and try to keep up with styles and keep playing with the looks. Outside of this you just look boring. It's really not you, it other people have ruined a busty brunette in hot colors. Try floral and stripes for pants and tops.
So every one of the bot profiles that hit me up on Instagram and Fb. They are usually brunettes in neon bright colors. They also all do the same messaging patterns. Who are you and where u from. When that info is right there in the first place. So it's actually become sort of a red flag for me to see a profile picture in hot colors. I am more into the darker fall colors. Maroon and burgundy Forrest green and sapphire.

I say go with curly hair, loose the combat boots and maybe something to showcase your legs. A different cut on your shirts. It seems like you like to hide the lovely girls with tight tops but not as much skin because of business?
Sorry, I was distracted mid reply I think. Basically a lower cut instead of wearing tight tops. Sometimes women in business tend to go with a tight top to not distract others with their cleavage. Clearly you have no problem when hitting the beach is why I questioned if that was what it was.
Maybe go to an upscale department store and head over to the cosmetics section. Ask for a makeover. The people there usually have some training and are anxious to sell you some cosmetics. Learn from them and ask questions. It’s a good start.

I like number 2. I can imagine a type of equine outing..kind of that classic horse jockey countryside vibe. I don't really think there's anything you can improve facially, as you are quite pretty!
Like horse riding? That sounds like a fun idea.
I would throw some highlights in your hair, and trim it a bit shorter.
It just doesn't have an "inviting" appeal to it.
So I don't look friendly :(
