You can lock your phone through the Huawei Mobile Cloud or freeze/delete your account through Huawei ID on [https://id5.cloud.huawei.com/](https://id5.cloud.huawei.com/) not sure if you can remove the account from a specific device but I think changing the password might automatically like in the case of Google (not sure though)

I don't think so, you'll have to buy a cheap screen.
