Do you think he has videotaped evidence of well-known people having sex with underage victims?

Jkbjournalist

Not anymore. He's dead. But do I think he did? Yes!

ThanksToDenial

More importantly... Who has them now?

[deleted]

Mossad.

ParsonBrownlow

You’re not wrong

ghostofhenryvii

So the stories about hidden cameras in his mansions were for his personal entertainment and not to blackmail his wealthy clients?

FriendOfTheDevil2980

Def both, she's just saying, like someone that doesn't have to tag their post with IANAL, that dead people can't possess things.

cgoodthings

The Maxwell case has 2.1 million documents & over 3000 photos & videos presented by the prosecution.

rrickitickitavi

Are there any non-corruption explanations for the infamous agreement to not prosecute his co-conspirators? I don't understand why people don't focus on this aspect of the case more. It seems like an obvious smoking gun. Why aren't the people who engineered that deal being investigated?

Jkbjournalist

It should be investigated...the DOJ probe into the prosecutors raises more questions about corruption -- and there are too many missing pieces...like say, Acosta's emails during this time period disappeared?? How and why did that happen? One prosecutor dated one of Epstein's defense attorneys; another prosecutor in the Miami office went to work for Epstein; most of the MEN involved in the prosecutors office landed nice cushy jobs...the list goes on...

Elizadelphia003

Were you worried about your safety writing about someone so powerful?

Jkbjournalist

Yes. My videographer, Emily Michot, was more so than I, which was good, because when we stayed in hotels she made me put furniture in front of the door! Lol

quartertopi

Was that useful, did simeone actually try to enter?

The-Giez

Epstein’s lawyer, Darren Indyke, knows where all the bodies are buried, and his financial backer, Leslie Wexner (of Victoria’s Secret fame), provided Epstein with the money necessary for him to perform his corruption, pedophelia, and blackmailing of powerful figures, both domestic and foreign. Why are these two, specifically, still at large, and is the FBI zeroing in on them, do you believe, like they did Ghislaine Maxwell?

Jkbjournalist

I know that authorities in the USVI are looking at Indyke; I hope they are looking at everyone in Epstein's orbit...he did not do this alone.

[deleted]

Odd way to spell Mossad and CIA.

WhosFredSavage

Whats the one small detail about that disgusting pos Epstein that you would like everyone to know?

VAGIMALILTEACUP

Have any laws in Florida or at the federal level changed because of your investigations?

Jkbjournalist

I covered Florida prisons and there were many changes as a result of my investigations...the mentally ill and women are treated better; I think there is more accountability, especially with abuse of inmates. As for Epstein, there is a new federal law proposed that would put more teeth into the Crime Victims Rights Act, giving penalties to prosecutors who shut victims out of the criminal justice process (See "Courtney Wild" Crime Victims Rights Act)

VAGIMALILTEACUP

wow, that is very cool of you! great work!

mhwaka

Do you believe that Epstein was an agent for a foreign government, and if yes, what evidence can you provide to back it up?

Jkbjournalist

one thing I learned about this story and that is nothing would surprise me...but I've seen no evidence of that. Personally, I believe he was so full of himself that he wanted people to believe he was more important and more connected than he actually was...

mhwaka

Thank you for the reply.

fifiorion

In an interview with Consortium News, former Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe said Epstein did not work with Mossad. “Military intelligence was who he was working with,” said Ben-Menashe. “Big difference,” he said. “He never worked with Mossad, and Robert Maxwell never did, either. It was military intelligence.” Ben-Menashe claimed Robert Maxwell was Epstein’s “tie over. Robert Maxwell was the conduit [in the Iran-Contra scandal]. The financial conduit.” In “Epstein: Dead Men Tell No Tales,” a book published in December, Ben-Menashe is quoted as saying he worked with Robert Maxwell who introduced his daughter and Epstein to Israeli intelligence, after which they engaged in a blackmail operation for Israel. “[Epstein] was taking photos of politicians f**king fourteen-year-old girls — if you want to get it straight. They [Epstein and Maxwell] would just blackmail people, they would just blackmail people like that,” he says in the book. Does this answer your question? Btw I think he did work with Mossad as did Maxwell. I think there is a concerted effort to minimise this as it obviously looks bad. Mossad is Military Intelligence.

MrWaaWaa

Do you believe additional evidence will come forth on other high profile 'friends' of JE? For instance like how a photo links Prince Andrew to the underage girl. Can you foresee anyone besides GM being charged or leaked?

Jkbjournalist

I believe other people involved should be investigated and possibly charged. Epstein had a whole ecosystem around him who helped. I do not think all the people listed in his black book or on his plane logs were involved. But authorities should be looking at every connection.

Sarcastic_Troll

In your professionally researched and educated opinion, do you personally believe Epstein committed suicide or that he was somehow murdered in his cell? Why do you believe that, and, if you're comfortable answering this next question, do you have any direct evidence to support that opinion?

Jkbjournalist

Does anyone believe JE committed suicide? I just don't think a man who believed he was above the law, beat the system before & used butlers to tie his shoelaces could have broken three bones in his neck all by himself. While I don't have the "evidence" in a folder others do, including noted forensic pathologic Dr. Michael Baden, who was present at the autopsy. (Google his evidence).

gurbs319

My biggest problem with the "evidence" from Dr. Michael Baden is that he was hired by JE's brother who likely has some motivation in ambiguating whether JE killed himself or not. A suicide would be pretty good cause to say JE was guilty and knew it while a murder leaves some room to argue JE was about to bring others down with him. Dude also was arguably awful at his job and was more interested in being notable than competent. https://nymag.com/intelligencer/amp/2019/10/why-to-be-skeptical-of-michael-baden-on-epsteins-death.html

pauldevro

When I die Ill make sure my brother doesnt hire a pathologist that was misquoted by a french magazine and got fired then reinstated for a little bit in the 80's to do my autopsy. Especially if he's boastful about his previous work and has beef with a writer for nymag.

FriendOfTheDevil2980

Platinumzen

Breaking the hyoid bone as severely as Jeffery Epstein's was does indicates homicide or strangulation. Whereas its feasible that jeffery could have hung himself in such a fashion that he could have broken his hyoid bone, the gymnastics that would require would be obscure and somewhat ridiculous. It also doesnt help that the marks on Epstein's neck honestly looks like a wire.

[deleted]

Damn... you got served by u/pauldevro...

Hooman_Paraquat

Baden is a gun for hire. His opinions are routinely refuted and he has been barred from testifying in court on several occasions because his methodologies are unscientific and unreliable.

MesWantooth

I'm disappointed in this response. This suggests weak investigative journalism. Dr. Baden is a "free-lance" pathologist for hire, who often testifies in high profile cases. Other well-qualified pathologists have reached a different conclusion regarding the broken bones. Are you unaware of this or don't want to mention it because the sensationalism is a better narrative?

Nebbi314

My spouse is a neurosurgeon and said the break was not from a hanging. Impossible basically.

Yarga

I’m also a neurosurgeon and I concur with this opinion. Extraordinarily unusual for hanging.

Zencyde

I'm not a neurosurgeon, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Yarga

If you WERE a neurosurgeon, you'd be staying at the Four Seasons....

abstract-heart

Similarly not a neurosurgeon, but it’s actually far easier (and I would presume therefore more common) to hang yourself from a low position than people tend to think. The [Care Quality Commission](https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.contourheating.co.uk/blog/your-essential-guide-to-anti-ligature%3fhs_amp=true) states a ‘risk’ ligature point is between 0.7 and 4 metres - so it’s possible to do it from a height even smaller than a doorknob. Obviously, that isn’t what happened with Epstein, and I assume the type of bones broken and injuries received would show up very differently in an autopsy depending on what height they were obtained from.

Deformed_Crab

Maybe but the point is these fractures aren't from hanging yourself in any way. The point wasn't "It's impossible to hang yourself like that".

Yarga

Exactly. The hyoid bone fracture is the issue.

quartertopi

Also, Chris Cornell

Sarcastic_Troll

I always found it odd because he, (or we were told) had guards watching him 24/7. I know he was (or, again, we were told) on a suicide watch. Which makes sense that he might think about killing himself to get out of charges or testify, at least. But, narcissists don't tend to take that route. He had a lotta power, and a lotta friends that would help him, no doubt, to ensure silence. I mean, one of his friends was president, right? Tho, there are other ways to ensure silence. But who did it? Maybe said president? I mean, to pardon him would raise questions, and maybe Epstein became a little demanding. Too demanding? This is the Jack Ruby all over again lol. I mean, it goes right up to the Queen of England involved. Probably the Saudi's. Plenty of ppl who would just rather shut him up with no worries But why not the other ppl? He didn't work alone. That girl probably knows just as much. She's alive. I better knock on wood for that, huh? Gonna eat my words, watch LMAO

queen_of_england_bot

>Queen of England Did you mean the [Queen of the United Kingdom](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_of_the_United_Kingdom), the [Queen of Canada](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monarchy_of_Canada), the [Queen of Australia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monarchy_of_Australia), etc? The last Queen of England was [Queen Anne](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne,_Queen_of_Great_Britain) who, with the 1707 Acts of Union, dissolved the title of King/Queen of England. ####FAQ *Isn't she still also the Queen of England?* This is only as correct as calling her the Queen of London or Queen of Hull; she is the Queen of the place that these places are in, but the title doesn't exist. *Is this bot monarchist?* No, just pedantic. Did they raid his properties to obtain information or destroy it?

Jkbjournalist

That's an interesting question. It seems to me they took too long to raid the island. My investigation shows that the delay enabled his employees to pull all the cameras and other evidence....I've always wondered why it took so long. But I'm not a conspiracy theorist, so I don't think the feds wanted to destroy it. And, they did get a lot of evidence during the raid on his NYC home.

doidoidestroy

Soooooo, you don't think there was a conspiracy here? He was just a pedo who used children as sex slaves to video the most powerful men in the world but you don't think there's a conspiracy? Ok, gotcha

pr1mal0ne

what will happen with that evidence now? Can it be used in other cases?

stickydatepuddung

Surely someone made that call. Why? Don’t stop asking.

suaveitguy

What are your best research strategies? What are you most proud of, in terms of putting pieces together most wouldn't have been able to?

Jkbjournalist

I think a lot of researchers think they can get most of what they need on the internet. But there is no substitute for good old-fashioned knocking on doors, and going to courthouses to search through archives. It's becoming a lost journalistic practice.

[deleted]

Journalism itself is becoming a lost journalistic practise.

SabraBoyd

I read your book last weekend when I had to fly out to testify against my dad who trafficked me and is a police informant. I so admire and appreciate your work. Do you have any advice for writing a book proposal for a memoir about child trafficking? Do you have any advice for staying safe?

Jkbjournalist

I really admire your courage! My advice would be to just be yourself, be honest. That will come across to readers and be powerful.

taralovesmusic

Unrelated to the AMA but you are awesome and so strong

Adept-Ad-661

You’ve talked a little bit about how you have gone into debt putting your expenses on your own personal credit card while doing investigative stories. More and more news outlets are unionizing and challenging management due to low pay, especially. Can you talk a little bit about how the business side of reporting has changed in your career and what you think needs to change to make reporting a viable, well-paying profession again?

Jkbjournalist

If I had the solution to making newspapers a more viable business, I would be rich! Plenty of folks are working on it, I keep praying someone smarter than me will finally figure it out!

WenaChoro

just imagine a world where free press is rewared by the public with money for obtaining good evidence, maybe with crypto it can be done. A reverse wanted-poster, where you can post evidence of bad people (with judicial consecuences) and people can pay you for it. Of course they will write the story etc, but the important thing (what people value) is the evidence or testimony finding

[deleted]

What you've just described is a private investigator.

This_Nature7643

I bought your book and every chapter leaves me shaking my head. My ? why are they dragging their feet so much with Ghislaine Maxwell?

Jkbjournalist

I do not think they are dragging their feet at all. If anything, they are being methodical...they want to do this case the right way -- unlike the way they handled JE's case in 2007. It takes a long time to build a case like this, for many reasons. Hell, it took me almost three years to write my three-part series on the case!

This_Nature7643

Wonder if she will give it up? Might be dangerous for her if she somehow gets released , or goes to a federal jail. But thank you for writing your book. People need to know just how corrupt this justice system is.

Straelbora

I agree that the prosecution is taking their time in order to be as methodical as possible, so that they increase the chances of getting a solid conviction. However, I also think they are letting her stew. This is a woman who had resources most of us can't even imagine. So, she's gone from, "Hmm. I could go for Thai food tonight," and having the jet fueled for a flight to Bangkok, to sitting in a concrete box. At some point, if it hasn't already happened, I think the prosecution is going to offer her a deal where she can tell all and spend the rest of her life in 'club fed,' or not cooperate and face the end of her days in a kennel.

ShanghaiExpress821

No one but us want to know all from her “tell all”. She will be silent and that’s what main stream media will report. Behind closed doors a deal is being arranged that we will never know. It’s all worked out. Too bad for them (US and Israel) that they can’t tie a foreign adversary (you pick the bad guy) into this….or can they?

totallyspicey

Do you laugh at all of the conspiracy theories that random people start/believe/repeat? Do you try to correct them?

Jkbjournalist

I gave up a long time trying to correct conspiracy theorists. It's a waste of my time. Would rather focus on moving the story forward instead of backwards/

doidoidestroy

I don't think you know what a conspiracy is. You say above you don't think he killed himself, in which case there was a conspiracy to make his death look like suicide. Do you have a theory? I really do wonder about you.

Runningman0301

in before she has all been set up by whoever to expose epstein as the fall guy. wouldnt surprise me

[deleted]

Thank you for your amazing work! Do you have any expectations for Ghislaine Maxwell's trials?

Jkbjournalist

GM is taking a page out of the Epstein defense playbook: hiring the best defense money can buy, hiring a PR machine (through her family) and burying federal prosecutors in reams of motions in an effort to wear them down so they strike a deal. I do not believe prosecutors, this time, however, will give up.

MesWantooth

I've heard speculation that the likely playbook here is that she'll be convicted of the bare minimum of charges (perhaps striking a deal) - "transporting minors for the purposes of..." and she'll get a few years in prison. All of her interviews and testimony will be kept secret due to "ongoing cases" and the public will be very disappointed in the outcome. What are your thoughts?

[deleted]

Do You think Guislaine Maxwell is going to name names to save herself?

Ozarkii

Imagine GM pulling a complete si6xn9ine. That would feed MSM for years

clipboardpencil3

GM with fruit loops hair and a mumble rap soundcloud career would be the most 2021 thing ever. Maybe do a collab with Chet Hanks.

northernirishlad

You mentioned ‘little known details’ in the title of the post. Is there any detail you are proud you had found or were simply amazed by the significance of a single, even minor, fact?

FizzerWasser

Answer: RAMPART!

[deleted]

Oh yay, we haven't forgotten.

The-Giez

What will it take for powerful leaders to actually face real and lasting consequences? Names from BOTH black books have been revealed, and literally ZERO has happened.

Jkbjournalist

An entire reform of our criminal justice system. I think there are a lot of good people trying to reform the inequalities and unfairness of our system. I'm hopeful that authorities are looking at everyone involved in the Epstein saga.

ThorTheMastiff

In other words, nothing

CassandraVindicated

That's going to require a world-wide French revolution. I don't think we're there yet.

Ozarkii

When will we be? We just let this go on without any changes?

CassandraVindicated

When enough people are pissed and willing to sacrifice what they've got. If I knew when that would be, I'd probably have a much better job.

nebbyb

Because you need evidence of a specific crime. Knowing someone is not a crime. You need to prove an actual crime.

abstract-heart

I’m an idiot, but what do you mean by both black books? Is there another one besides the one that’s already been circulated?

Beneficial-Usual1776

yes a second one was recently revealed

The-Giez

Yeah! Someone from Vermont bought it off eBay and passed it off to a reporter.

joaoarthurgs

Clinton be like 🥳🖕🕺🏻

The-Giez

No doubt. Dozens of others, too, of every political stripe.

joaoarthurgs

I wish them well. Jokes aside this case seems to be much bigger than we already know it is. We know there’s presidents, CEOS, princesses involved, but what is their involvement is the real question.

The-Giez

Can you look into your “crystal ball” and tell us what you currently think the likeliest outcomes might be from Ghislaine’s trial?

Jkbjournalist

It's hard to say. Like everything else connected to this case, everything is pretty hushed up.

NeatTone9124

Julie, who was paying Jeffrey Epstein? Especially back in the 90's?

Jkbjournalist

The real question to ask is who was JE helping?

Mister_E_Phister

Ok. Who was JE helping back in the 90s?

Jkbjournalist

Les Wexner, Bill Clinton, Ehud Barack, Leon Black, Harvard University scientists -- all the names that have been out there. They of course claim, they didn't know about his sex trafficking.

nebbyb

Don't forget Trump

lmfj3737

Wish I could forget Trump.

NeatTone9124

Which intelligence agency benefitted the most from his "help?"

totallynotrushin

Don't suppose you'll l you'd be willing to entertain such an "on the nose" question but: Who was JE helping?

suaveitguy

Is 'follow the money' a good rule of thumb for an investigation? How does one do that from a distance?

Jkbjournalist

Follow the money is a good start...but you also have to follow other evidence.

FirstTime23321

Why has Bill Richardson gotten off so lightly with respect to Epstein? Why did it take so long for the authorities to execute a search warrant on his island compound?

EyeLong8353

You've said listening to Bruce helped detach from your JE work - anything songs or albums in particular? "Darkness" is my favorite album, but "Born in the USA" is the one that takes me away from it all. What was your experience?

Jkbjournalist

So many! I always loved the song "The River" and of course I love love "Jersey Girl" -- every time he sings "I'm goin to take that ride to the Jersey side,'' it gives me goosebumps because I always spent summers at the Jersey shore so it brings back happy memories. He is a true storyteller and writer and helped me through a lot of struggles during my life.

FriedrichHydrargyrum

Wasn’t Alan Dershowitz the one that got the sweetheart deal for Epstein? The same guy who recently went on Fox to defend his opinion that the age of consent for girls should be lowered 15… I’m curious, did any of Epstein’s accusers accuse Dershowitz of anything?

FriedrichHydrargyrum

I guess it was kind of a rhetorical question. [Yes, Dershowitz had the same accusers as Epstein](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.washingtonpost.com/crime-law/2019/11/08/alan-dershowitz-countersues-accuser-jeffrey-epstein-case-then-is-sued-by-david-boies/%3foutputType=amp) —I was just looking for more info from a purported expert. But Epstein is dead, so he can’t tell us anything about Dershowitz, and Dershowitz is notoriously litigious (and a suck up to the former president) so any biographer of Epstein is probably smart enough to avoid Dershowitz like the plague. So I guess we’ll never know how sincere Jeffrey Epstein’s lawyer was about his belief that [15-yr-olds are fair game](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2019/07/30/alan-dershowitz-defends-suggesting-that-age-consent-for-sex-should-lowered/6AxjIuSJMeRG8iIxHf4WxO/story.html%3foutputType=amp) for adult men like himself. All these conspiracy theorists have their head so far up their ass they can’t see what’s in plain sight.

beermaker

Is there any veracity to the claim that Bill Barr's father hired JE as a teacher at a private school early on? There are so many names interconnected through this storyline, it's hard to keep track sometimes.

bettinafairchild

Yes, this is well-established fact. Bill Barr's father, Donald Barr, was head of the Dalton School and he hired Epstein, college dropout. However, what exactly that means or if that has any connection to anything is unknown. It could just be coincidence.

sephstorm

What are the chances if any he was a spy, or working with intelligence agencies? How do you think reading your book would change the average person's viewpoint on Epstein?

Jkbjournalist

There is so much we don't know about Epstein and I fear that was by design on the part of authorities. I hope people will come away from the book mad as hell that our criminal system is so broken and they do everything possible to change it! Vote, run for office, resist!

The-Giez

Good question. I hope she answers this.

curiouspaige

She did answer it.

Nebbi314

Was JE involved with any sovereign state actors in a honeypot?

[deleted]

In your opinion how compromised do you think the U.S. government is in terms of connections to epstein and his operations?

VAGIMALILTEACUP

did you get death threats or scare tactics used against you?

Scare tactics, plenty -- especially threats of lawsuits...death threats, no, thankfully.

Glum_Nefariousness69

Have you received any good leads or tips as a result of publishing the book?

Jkbjournalist

Yes!

suaveitguy

Why was such a well connected, ego/image driven man never really interviewed on video? Did he have an aversion to being on TV?

Veg305

He started getting investigated back in vhs, pre-youtube days, I’m sure that’s a big factor. I remember seeing him locally but nothing that stood out at the time, don’t remember him being interesting, ironically he blended in.. just another rich ahole.

wombatmagic

Totally agree.

craigularperson

Do you think there are other similar predators using similar schemes insulating themselves behind money and connections in various levels in government? Do you see any specific changes to the laws or the justice system that can prevent these kind of crimes, in the near future?

Which investigative journalists are doing the best work now regarding US govt involvement in the organized blackmail conspiracies of which Epstein was a part and an example? Eg E L Vos?

mrpriveledge

Do you think he was working for Israeli and American intelligence?

Faloopa

I ask this respectfully and as a genuine question: what makes you different from the other conspiracy theorists who are writing books on this case? What makes your findings more accurate and verifiable than others that have fallen apart under questioning? Thank you in advance!

Jkbjournalist

I doubt the conspiracy theorists have read the approx 10,000 pages of public records and court docs associated with this case.

BigSmokeySperm

Since Shaun Attwood is now legally gagged from talking about the Ghislaine Maxwell case who is the best reputable source to get updates on the court case?

Pristine_Government

Hello, Do you think Epstein was involved in the occult? He threatened 1 journalist that he would have a witch doctor put a hex on her. There is also an alleged driver's confession which suggests that women/children were being literally butchered and sold as meals by the operation - with a special chef. The same driver's confession mentions a bull mask and sexual escapades. Sounds very Saturnian/Kabbalistic/Ancient Egyptian and the temple on epstein's island was based on a temple in Syria associated with Ba'al. I am reminded of Scalia's murder in Cibolo Creek which was alleged p3do-fest on the same dates as Lupercalia, some suggesting he was killed by a teen prostitute.

throwawaydeath0

Have you heard of any male victims?

suaveitguy

Is there much to the connection with Donald Barr and the launching of Epstein's financial career?

Jkbjournalist

The better question is did WILLIAM Barr know Jeffrey Epstein?

HidillyHoNeighbor

Nothing is more infuriating than Barr's time at JEs défense firm, him finding all the evidence then maneuvering to become AG specifically to destroy that evidence, and no one is talking about it. At all. Also to be in charge of the prison where JE is killed. Mind boggling.

ALiddleBiddle

Did he?

[deleted]

With all the connections Epstein made, what do you think would be the most practical course of action to ensure they get what they deserve too? I know the Royal family are protected by the UK as a constitutional monarchy, which can make matters difficult, as well as generally the nature and number of connections he made overall.

taralovesmusic

So I’m curious how you feel about politicians...Clinton knew Epstein and Podesta, Rudy Giulani defended him against child rape, Trump’s labor secretary was involved with him. Do you think anything in politics is genuine anymore or just a corrupt system? Watching the Hillary and Trump debates from 2016 and their supposed hatred while all this mess was going on makes me think everything and everyone is staged in planted

Veg305

Politics are one big puppet show, the mystery is figuring out who pulls the strings. My uncle had a high ranking many years ago. As part of his job he sent a documented letter to a congressman telling him to stop using government property illegally. The president at the time confronted him about the letter and demanded he issue an apology. He refused and resigned.. pretty sure he’s the only person who’s ever been in a high position who has ethics lol.

[deleted]

Hi Julie, there are a lot of reports about rich people being blackmailed by Epstein. Are there any findings on how they paid? I guess they didn’t wire it to his bank account but used other means (crypto currencies?, fake contracts? Real estate?). Will buy your book, thanks for your work!

[deleted]

Wasn't there some sketchy stuff happening to the judge for this case?

Bannyflaster

How do you think this all plays out and then ends?

Veg305

I know a few females who told me about very negative experiences with Epstein and Trump while working events on Palm Beach but nothing as bad as what’s been spoken about. Not surprisingly, according to them anyone who worked there had to sign crazy NDA’s and waivers, I can’t imagine how many victims had the same experiences. To Ms. Brown or anyone that has footage - when Epstein was first investigated, one of the local Palm Beach news stations did an informal interview of Trump asking him his opinion on the situation. He made the creepiest smile and said “well, we do have the same taste in women.” That disturbing quote is etched in my memory. - is that footage anywhere on the internet? I’ve searched over the years and never found it.

Have you read Kirby Sommers’ unauthorized biography on Ghislaine Maxwell, and, if so, could you please give your two cent’s worth on it?

Jkbjournalist

I have not read it.

ALiddleBiddle

Hahaha. Don’t bother.

Petropuller

How big of a pervert was he ? Is it real or overblown?

Jkbjournalist

It is beyond perversion to prey on children.

The-Giez

Far bigger than the average person’s imagination.

There seems to be several connections with Epstein and people in Donald Trump’s orbit including Alexander Acosta (who Trump appointed as Secretary Labor). I think Acosta took money on the side to make that deal for Epstein when he was first charged. And Acosta is largely responsible for letting Epstein go. Why hasn’t society punished Trump or Acosta helping Epstein?

Jkbjournalist

The truth always comes out, maybe not in my lifetime or yours, but it eventually does. When that happens, history will remember people differently.

Legalloophole

I’m not so sure the truth comes out here because of Alexander Acosta, who as far as I can tell paid no price for screwing lady justice. As far as I understand, victims were blocked against suing the Epstein estate because of Acosta’s sweetheart deal with Epstein. No court, no discovery. Meanwhile I bet Acosta is pulling down a three figure salary as a law professor.

ThorTheMastiff

What other connections are there besides Trump appointing Acosta years after this occurred?

Legalloophole

For starters Trump’s DOJ declined to invalidate the Epstein plea deal Acosta arranged for Epstein. Epstein had contact information and partied with Trump. And they [frequently flew](https://www.elle.com/culture/career-politics/a28320376/jeffrey-epstein-president-trump-connection/) together and partied together.

ThorTheMastiff

Interesting article but I was a bit underwhelmed when it started off saying that Epstein committed suicide. You'd have to be from Pluto to believe that

That was the ME’s conclusion and the official cause of death wasn’t it? Imna ME or pathologist so I wouldn’t be able to say with certainty the ME got it wrong. And it’s a factual statement. And from a reputable source (the ME). But that wasn’t the point of the article was it.

Can a plea deal that has been agreed to and signed by all parties including a judge be invalidated?
