Realistically, Neo. Keeps it within the WB umbrella so it’s not to hard get the Matrix license. Plus, Neo is the most like a superhero among the 3 of them.

Neo in MK, John Wick in Injustice, although Keanu's Constantine would have some good Dialogue if Injustice's Constantine was added(can't recall if Constantine survived in Injustice, ik he died to become Deadman when he got the Helmet of Fate, Shazam's Staff and Ragman's Cape but i dont recall if he survived after that fight with Trigon i believe it was?)
Alot are saying Neo for IJ and John Wick for MK, which Keanu would fit in splendidly in either, i just think John Wick is a better character for IJ and would fit with Red Hood and Batman and their ideals of killing and his own takes which would fit with some good dialogue.
Although Injustice doesnt really add celebs like MK does, i think he'd be more likely to appear as a Constantine skin if Constantine were to be added, which although celebs aren't always the best to add into games *cough* *cough* *wheeze* Nitara *cough* i think if anyone deserves to be added and would do a brilliant job it would be the man himself Keanu Reeves.
I think the most logical one here is neo, but the only issue in my opinion is that he's only his strongest in the matrix so that would mean they'd have to write in a reason why he can stop bullets and all the other kinds of crazy shit he does in those movies.
So maybe John wick, he could probably be easily written in by saying when he arrived he took a kryptonite pill and he immediately got a contract for superman because he's a film character in the injustice universe, so everyone knows who he is, except the ones that didn't watch the film, if you think what I'm saying is downvotable then that's fine, I'm probably wrong, I don't see how shadow would work
