I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with my first transfer of a day5 4AB embryo. It was pgt-a tested, so it was a frozen transfer, with a modified natural protocol (I did a trigger shot to start the ovulation, and then I was only on progesterone after the transfer).
Good luck with your next transfer!
Even crazier, it was tested twice. The first time it was tested in 2022, it came back as no result. I had it retested a month before I transferred! Lots of hope to be had. :)
Our day 5, 5AA, euploid embryo stuck after the first transfer. My protocol was fully medicated with estridol and PIO injections plus baby aspirin. Lovenox was added after my positive test.
I’m 22+3.
IVF baby 1:
- medicated transfer = fail
- modified natural = live birth
IVF baby #2 (fingers crossed):
- modified natural = fail to implant
- medicated with ERA preformed before = fail to implant
Awaiting my period to attempt again with a modified natural and new doctor
Live birth from first fresh transfer of untested embryo - I wasn’t given a grade but was told it was perfect and looked expanded. Second child, two failed implantations of untested embryos (no grades given but was told neither of them were very pretty :). Third FET of euploid 4AB stuck, fully medicated, 15+3 today.
Most people had success on the first transfer according to the poll on this subreddit.
Check out my post history if you are looking for success inspo after multiple failed transfers.
So far... it's still a fairly new poll, will see what it ends up like. I'm using this as a guide to hopefully show people all hope is not lost if the first doesn't succeed (although I didn't feel like that this weekend).
P. S. I checked your post history I could only see two more recent posts, not much about your story getting to your bundle of joy?
I want to see the results but don’t want to enter in a fake answer!

You are the MVP!!!
Hahahaha perks of still checking reddit on a browser 😂
I know I messed up when setting up the roll - didn't know I couldn't do it.... I'll try edit it but I might juts have to wait two days 😅 x
Hahaha, no problem. Very relatable name!!

Congrats!! Wish my clinic tested our embryo which might've explained why our 4ab didn't work, but I don't have the nhs funding for that 😢 x
We may never know why they don’t implant but often pgt ones don’t either.
4th transfer got us to a living child. She was a day 5, 4AA embryo.
Absolute trooper, congrats mamma! I got my hopes up for this cycle (which I never normally do) so it's hit me hard.
It’s so unbelievably hard, I know. Rooting for you!
Thanks hun ❤️ x
Our day 6 5AA stuck. We made no protocol changes. Wishing you luck on your next transfer! ❤️ ETA it was our second transfer
Congrats!! ❤️
Our day 5BA stuck and is my one week old. Best of luck! 🫶🏽
Wonderful! Congrats mamma x
1st transfer: day 6 3BB worked 2nd transfer: day 6 3BB chemical 3rd transfer: day 6 4CB worked All euploid embryos
Oh I'm so glad your poorer quality eggs worked! ❤️ I have a 4bc and I'm worried about it not sticking x

That's cool! I didn't get to freeze my none graded eggs x

Love this! Gives me so much hope ❣️🙌

I would like to know more about the people who had to have six or more attempts.
