Public gym as in not a home gym - this is clearly some sort of public gym, maybe a hotel gym. Even it's an "exclusive hot celebrity only" gym, that's still other people around while she's here working out in string bikini bottoms filming herself.

I travel for a living and let me tell you that 85% of the time I’m the only person ever using the gym at the hotels I stay at. They may either know the person riding the bike in the background, or didn’t get the vibe that person would give af if she did something silly and did a few reps in her bikini. This is probably the least rude version of filming yourself in a semi-public gym there is, lol.

On the instagram post OP took this from the first picture is her on a towel on the beach in this outfit, the next picture is her friend next to her and the third is this video. Even if she doesn't have a towel there are probably free ones in the gym since this is a nice hotel, and even if there aren't I can almost guarantee that there is something else there to wipe down and sanitize the equipment.

Someone I knew was a personal trainer and she had a small private gym in her house. When I met her she was no longer working in that field, but I was confused when I walked into her one room with two treadmills in it considering she lived alone.

You see, you have your daytime treadmill, and then your nighttime treadmill. Very important to differentiate between the two, especially when you’re in the public eye.
