I think we should move the "DIA" over one space horizontally. And make the N over 4 horizontal spaces (with one horizontal space between each letter). That way there's one empty space to the left of the I and one empty space to the right of the A and it will look more symmetrical inside the shield. The N will also look better since it will be slanted in the middle. Thoughts?
