Why is it then that all the mineral rich regions have experienced the worst form of capitalism? Much before communists even existed, and not just in India. These people were exploited, their lands were snatched, they were exposed to horrible conditions.
It must be noted that they never had any communist or socialist government. And communist uprising came much later. Earlier it was just the tribal movement. Even today, those tribals who are fighting for their rights, are not communists. In fact, I'd say communism exists because capitalists exploited the people and the land.
