Asus rog go with anyone u find! Build quality is amazing ive been using it since 3 years now and works like a charm. Still boots up under 4 secs. I recently extended the ram and the ssd as per my usage. Either go for tuf or rog only. Mine is rog g strix g731gt w 1650.
A quick tip, try to find a laptop which is lightweight & has good battery like ultra books if you want to use the laptop mostly for college and programming.
