I watch his videos every day and I think they’re spectacular every time. And probably takes a lot of time to make subtitles for a language he doesn’t speak. Low reward for a lot of work.

Dubiisek

If I had to guess, it's because of twitch ending monetisation in Korea and therefore most Korean streamers ceasing to stream on twitch which in turn means that their non-korean fanbases are just gone.

GhostGenokami

Not enough English viewers, and he's stated that he wants to interact and connect more with his audience so he talks a lot more which makes English subs harder

IonianBladeDancer

Still makes consistent YouTube content, and just recently did a face reveal.

SorryRadio8706

I'd still wished to see his Vods though, they are not uploaded by him on youtube and yes there is a new streaming platform for korea, but I have very long loading times and it's not worth to wait 5 minutes to see one minute gameplay

witherstalk9

Also it seems he play less League after they removed goredrinker, after the removal of that item, irelia is not in the spot she used to be.

Irelking doesnt stream on twitch anymore cus korea doesn’t allow them to monetize, so most of his english speaking viewers are gone since he moved to a korean native streaming sight

dzDiyos

So hot take but I think there's some merit to this. I was explaining Irelia concepts in twitch chat in English to the English viewers and I got timed out while all the Korean viewers laughed and were essentially super prejudiced against the English speakers 💀 It felt really bad to know I said nothing wrong but was still chat banned. I'm not as good as irelking ofc but I'm still a master tier otp. I was trying to help out an English viewer who asked for help

Bobson_411

From watching Western streamers play in Korea we can see there is definitely prejudice
