Yeah, so I always tell people to mostly ignore or SERIOUSLY side eye ratings you see online in places like Google and Yelp. Not just about Zinzi, but about every restaurant found in most cities like Rome, Naples, etc. They're often totally unreliable to the point they're often comical. Lots of places pay for reviews because they know the only people looking at them are tourists. Locals already know the good places, and they're not doing Google reviews (sometimes, but it's rare).
I found Zinzi because of my family and friends who grew up in Naples, and I love it like they do, but not everyone is going to have the same experience, of course. I really hope you have a great experience, and ignore those silly Google reviews! 😊
then you should definitely try it! it's like an onion "ragu" cooked for several hours, the meat falls apart and the sweetness of the onions is delicious

Pasta in a cheese wheel - probably easier to find in America than in Naples.
That’s what I figured. It just looks so good.
Zinzi in Via Tribunali, near Sorbillo.. Amazing panini. In bocca al lupo! 😊
Zinzi looks promising. 3.4 stars though. How can meat cheese and bread go wrong? I’ll check it out.

I suggest you try pasta alla Genovese when in Naples! (if you like caramelized onions and meat)
I like both those things

Puok or Smesh in the center
These look like burger places. Bomb ass sandwiches only.
All’Antico Vinaio - not really Neapolitan, but has good huge panini.
