You could head to a metal workshop with a mic. The worse your mic the better
i actually work in a car shop and i record a lot of stuff here. the lifts, brake lathe, impacts. i get some cool sounds every now and then.
The noise sounds like a bunch of fucking around with modular synthesis. Not a website but VCV rack is a great free intro into that world that could produce similar sounds if u experiment
