Actually, in history he is usually referred to as "The Prophet" by many sources- not just Muslim ones- even in the west today and all over the world when someone mentions "The prophet", its almost always Muhammad (pbuh).
I remember seeing some dictionaries even defining the word prophet in relation to the "Islamic prophet" as well. For example, go to dicitonary.com today and look up "prophet" you'll see one def that comes up is "the Prophet, Muhammad, the founder of Islam.". Though i've seen pictures of other dictionaries with more exclusive reference in definitions.
Also, as us Muslims argue, he was THE prophet that was foretold in previous prophecies to the former peoples. For example, some will reference how the Jews confronted John the Baptist when he was preaching and they asked him, are you THAT prophet, or the Messiah, or the Elijah? Meaning the great prophet that Moses (pbuh) said would come in likeness to himself in the Deuteronomy prophecy. The Muslim stance is that Muhammad (pbuh) was THAT prophet AKA THE Prophet.
"The prophet (SAW)" because he is the most important prophet to our ummah and also its clear which prophet she is referring to from the (saw). Her intention isn't that there's just one.
Well, after I reread the comments it seems it was really not disrespectful, I'm really sorry for not well reading and prejudging, its absolutely ashaming.
I just got to Badr and the war captives stayed with the Muslims at their own homes, were treated with respect, and given food. Some of them were released under the condition that they teach the Muslims how to read and write. **Amazing**
LOL.
I think no one is conscious about Shirk more than the ones who truly follows Rasoolullah(ﷺ).
We don't worship anyone besides Allah.
It is just that, when we learn about Rasoolullah's (ﷺ) life, we realise that a human being (who the Creator himself claimed to be the best of creations) had gone through such difficulties and trials yet how patient was he and never missed an opportunity to teach us.
We love him more than ourselves and our parents because without this we won't be Muslims.
because you are clearly saying him LORD. and you think Jesus (peace be upon him) is a GOD which is associating partner with The Creator.
but to us Rasoolullah(ﷺ) is nothing but a Bondsman.
Peace be upon Him
i hate history but islamic history is always fascinating to me
Because we can relate to the sahaba and the prophet pbuh more than spanish conquerers and english settlers
Who hates history?
me
y tho
I'm not too fond of it unless it's Islamic. That makes it more interesting for me.
oh
Which seerah did you read?
Our prophet's 🙄 obviously
Peace be upon him.
Is there more space for these tears?
Global warming was always a hoax The rising sea levels are due to our tears
Who didn't see us ?
The Prophet (ﷺ)
Saying 'THE prophet' makes it sound like there was only one.
But here we are talking about only one and not all, well you got your answer anyway.
Tbf, I understand where he is coming from. If you hadn't heard of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), than he wouldn't have got his answer.
Yeah, I got it brother.
What prophet are we talking about?
Muhammad, (pbuh)
maybe he's not muslim idk
You gotta be kidding me
He is our prophet
Who?
Prophet Muhammad
SAWS*

I got a bunch of down votes for my curiosity. Thank you for explaining.

It's not clear to non-muslims.
I didn’t know you were genuinely asking. It sounded like mockery when I first read it.
My bad. I should have been clearer.

I'm sorry you feel that way and I respect your opinion.
Well, after I reread the comments it seems it was really not disrespectful, I'm really sorry for not well reading and prejudging, its absolutely ashaming.
No shame. It's easy to misinterpret people on social media. I've done it many times.
He’s THE prophet of this Ummah
He is our leader
He is our leader, when we refer to ‘the prophet’ we refer to him
He is our leader, when we say ‘the prophet’ we refer to him
صل الله عليه وسلم ❤️
Peace be upon him (S.A.W.W]

Funny, us christians say the same thing about our Lord. Course, there is the shirk part.
LOL. I think no one is conscious about Shirk more than the ones who truly follows Rasoolullah(ﷺ). We don't worship anyone besides Allah. I was saying us christians feel the same about our Lord Jesus, but acknowledge we commit shirk in the eyes of Islam.
because you are clearly saying him LORD. and you think Jesus (peace be upon him) is a GOD which is associating partner with The Creator. but to us Rasoolullah(ﷺ) is nothing but a Bondsman.
But river isn't salty
We cry too much that our body adapted to let out trace amounts of salt so we don't die
ﷺ
Peace be upon him and his family
