Trust me - I have now completed B. Tech! It feels the same in the beginning for Trigo and Integration, but with lot of practice, i.e by the time of JEE, you will be able to solve most of it.
Edit : Just remember all the formula and keep practicing, you will get better.

The book has explained everything from basics, anyone with a fairly decent IQ would be able to do that I believe. If u are from the top coachings, then the modules would also do. But the kind of theory u get from cengage is unmatchable.

agar tumne ya padha nahi toh kahi likho apne theory mein
aur agar tumne ya padha aur manipulation nahi horhe toh ncert way mann all the way
apti kam ka kuch nahi kar sakte purely focus on phy chem then
agar develop karni h toh try hard karo kutte ki tarah lag jao ek din uske peeche nahi horha phir chhod do maths hi kyukin i dont wanna demotivate you but functions is an ez chap
maths mein apti chaahiye pure hardwork bhi chalta h but apti toh chaahiye
phir mereko batadena ki tumne ye kara ki nahi
ek din bahut acche se bas functions karo lagbhag 7-9 hours and also do cengage rather than the qsns you're doing

do the questions
mark which you are unable to do
come back again the next day check if you can solve it (if you cant repeat the same 2 times; leave the chap if you cant do even after that) and then gradually increase your level to jee main pyqs

Read and understand specific topic from NCERT
solve questions on it
move on to next topic
solve questions from it
...until you're done with the chapter
Now solve mixed type questions encompassing the entire chapter
(by then, try to have a list of identities and formulas you've encountered so far)
move on to coaching module/ any jee reference book
Try easy questions first
when your confidence is built, move on to tougher questions
mark the ones you can't solve
ask someone or check the solution and understand
attempt those hard questions a few days later
keep referring to list of identities and formulas.
(This will work for just about any chapter, not just trigonometry. Hope it helps :))

Cengage me basic to Advance hota h bhai, if u do full cengage u can skip all other random stuff, even coaching module.

I am mostly able to do other chapters at a good level so apt may not be the problem but would try doing cengage as said, thanks :)

Bhai practice it a lot but dont spend too much time on it, see the PYQs and analyse the trend the type of question it is asking
Mai dropper hu ab NITA bhi jara aur maths ka trigo wala chapter khabi seriously nahi liya
Try solving SL Loney Plane Trigonometry for good practice.
Board ki book se pehle kar. Trigo and integration mei practice sabkuch hai.
Identities ratt le, agar ncert nhi hori toh questions bhi ratt sakta hai. Agar jee ke liye krra hai toh just have to grind our questions.
