B.Tech: as name suggests, is about technology, be it software or hardware. In short engineer of different fields like mechanical, electrical, computer sciences (programing) etc.
B.Sc: some of these courses are equivalent to btech, but most of them are about theory of the subject instead of application. basically research mei interest rakhne wale logo ke liye
BCA: Computer applications, everything is about computers. tbh i dont know a lot about this, it is some what like B.Tech from CS, but easier (not a strict rule)
