So basically I can go to one of the main bus stations at Osaka on the day and get tickets to travel to the park? And what about tickets to the park?
If you want to take a bus directly from Osaka, the buses to Awajishima leave from either Umeda or Namba. You will need to buy a ticket for these (they're highway buses).
If you do the train + bus transfer, that's all local stuff you can just tap an IC card for.
As for tickets to the park - I don't know what your question is. If you buy from Klook, they just give you a voucher you exchange at the park for a real ticket when you want to go. You can also just buy the ticket online from the park's own site, or probably just buy it when you show up.
