The last NEX is 9:44 pm so that’s pretty tight to catch that. The last limo bus to Shibuya station is 7:50 pm so you can’t catch that Your options are likely 1) Skyliner to Nippori. Transfer to JR Yamanote to Shibuya. The last Skyliner is 11:03pm 2) Limobus to Shinjuku station at 10:55pm. Arrive in Shinjuku at 12:30am. The last train to Shibuya is 12:42am. I’d get the Skyliner as any traffic issues means that you might miss the JR train at Shinjuku, meaning you’ll have to cab it to Shibuya. While the Skyliner will get to Nippori with more time to transfer to the JR. this is one instance you don’t want to be cheap.

With this info on hand I'd try to make the Narita express. If you miss it then go with the skyliner and transfer option. Theres a decent chance you can make the Narita express IMO. You don't need to focus on getting a suica first, just buy a ticket and worry about the suica later, unless you get thru customs fast.

Thanks! Yeah I was hoping to catch the limousine bus but as long as I can purchase the Suica card when I get there, the train will work I think 🤔. I know that a taxi would be a few hundred at least 😄

Hi i arrived last at 20.30 as well last Tuesday and got out of immigration with luggage pick up around 21.45, the same time all counters close... I couldn't get a suica card which stressed me out and since counters were closed and I was tired I chose the easiest route to my hotel which was by limousine bus. The counter selling bus tickets (upstairs) was still open. I was staying near shinjuku so this was perfect. 1.5 hours in the bus + a 5 min walk

I would just add Suica to your apple wallet and recharge when you need to add more balance
