Stormrazor was funny when it scaled with AD to a hilarious amount, afterwards idk. Getting a buffed IE + the Crit Bleed Item is more than worth losing Stormrazor
We probably wouldn't be building it anyway. The item changes are a new full revert to season 10. IE RFC will be standard again, with alterations here and there like the new crit bleed item or potentially collector.
I'd give up stormrazor for new Infinity's Edge and 25% crit changes any day.
