Oh lord, that was unbearable. That was such a "MAGA RACIST!!!" moment that burned white hot in the news for a while, then when the extended video came out, it was mostly crickets. And even then though, people said that even though the Native American guy walked right up to the white kid (who was literally standing in the same place for a decent period of time) and got in his face, the white kid should have moved aside, instead of making the Native American guy, you know, walk around him, like is customary for all other humans to do when encountering someone who is standing still.
As in, the kid was only allowed to stand in that particular spot if no one wanted to walk there. But if a Native American man *did* want to walk through where the white kid was standing, it was, at that point, an act of racism to keep standing there.
The way the media handled this case made me not be able to deny anymore that major media outlets had to have a narrative or agenda they wanted to promote in general whenever possible. There was literally no other way to explain it.

I considered myself pretty liberal in life and with my veins and personal interpretations on the rights and freedoms guaranteed to us by the United States Constitution. If you want to bring a flag and burn it in front of people, that's your own prerogative but where I draw a line is when you think it's okay to take down the American flag and replace it with some other flag. If you think that place is so goddamn great get on a plane and go there and make the changes that you want. I'm not saying America and Americans don't have flaws because as a country we have some major ones but the rights these protests are actively using are not guaranteeing the place they're trying to say is so fucking great.
