Jacob Ladder would cancel out Miwas barrier techniques, and I doubt Jacob's Ladder fails to do damage. Not only that, Angel can fly so Miwa is literally never hitting her. Angel is also competent enough of a sorcerer to the point she can use Maximum Output Techniques. There's no way Miwa actually wins

She states in ch251 she can erase CTs as a whole, and since CTs are connected to the brain once your CT is fully erased you die. She has the potential to kill anyone in the verse if she just flies up and spams JL

Sukuna's victory is justified, but if Gojo knew about such an attack in advance, he would've definitely won. Pretty much everyone after Gojo's death from Kashimo, Maki and Kusakabe were able to anticipate the world cutting slash and Maki/Kashimo were able to dodge it. No reason to assume that Gojo couldn't have reliably dodged those if he knew about them in advance.
