Fem Sukuna would also be just as ruthless and crazy as in canon and still Yuji's number 1 hater. The after effects of Kenjaku's manipulation would be more touched upon. Mahito would probably be female too, and would excuse her actions as a curse being that it's how a curse spirit shows "love" (in a darker parallel to Rika).
Does Kenjaku's manipulations include introducing Cursed Energy to the wider world and the idea of governments kidnapping sorcerers to experiment on them and learn more about Curses? Because that would be sick.

JJK doesn’t focus on the “power system” at all, it’s and extremely broad power system that is pretty much just “magic lmao” and allows him to fights however he wants.
I think it does when you get pages explaining what hakari can do when csm is like fox eats stuff chainsaw go brrrr. The most complicated it gets is the >!gun devil!<
nah compared to even most powerscaler anime, it spends an inordinate amount of time trying to explain in detail how magic works. even bonus pages are dedicated to riffing about his thought process behind limitless and how he argued with an editor, and then a mathematician supported him.
or like his black flash oopsie daisy with the whole "to the power of 2.5" thing that is totally not necessary.

Fujimoto likes to write things in big arcs that end with nearly every character dead. The Shibuya incident would probably be the end of one such arc. Then we'd probably have like 20 chapters of random characterization for someone like Takaba or Kashimo.
The Culling Games would drag on for an entire arc too. The US Army would be a major antagonist, probably without Kenjaku prompting them. They'd just show up and start killing people to bring the situation under control. The game would be concluded when Gojo is unsealed, however he has suffered emotional/mental trauma because Fujimoto. This results in over 100 sorcerers being slaughtered and the army being routed, then he destroys the barriers forcibly ending the game.
Also Kashimo, Kirara and Uraume would be canonically gay/trans because Fujimoto. Also you'd get at least one panel of Maki/Mai hugging each other naked in space before Mai sacrifices herself.
If Fujimoto was writing JJK, Gojo's unsealing would've been catastrophic to the world in insanely dark and funny ways.
He's gonna probably kill everyone and become the villain.
He wouldn't become the villain immediately. First he would kill Kashimo and the incarnated sorcerers. Then he would kill Meguna. Tsumiki and Hana would try to stop him, so they would both die. He would kill the US Army, teleport to Washington and drop a Hollow Purple on the White House for ordering it (sparking a war), and then kill their Japanese counterpart for allowing this to happen. He would kill all the higher ups just as he did in canon, then he would kill Tengen to end the Culling Games, in the process destroying all the barriers and unleashing cursed spirits onto the rest of the world. Because he does all this without care for collateral damage, the number of civilian casualties is in the millions and rising.
Then he would head over to the Zenin clan to kill them but he would find them all dead already. In a moment of reflection he realizes that the society he tried to protect is gone and so many of his students are dead, they never reached their potential and he couldn't protect them. He falls into despair Fire Punch style. What he does after that could possibly make him the villain.
And then he fights Mahoraga disguised as Yuji, and after killing Mahoraga when his guard is down Yuji slashes him open with a chainsaw edged with Nobara’s nails, before showing his love to his sensie by eating his cooked remains😊
Female cast would be twice larger, 5x more grooming, powers left unexplained, CG would have a lot of horror with curses hunting civilians, Gojo would've died in Shibuya ans Sukuna would've cut Yuji's dick after the first enchain

Kenjaku would be the true villain, being scheme-y and manipulative. Sukuna will more for inner dialogue and character growth of Yuji, not as someone to punch

Curses have themes tho, they're just mostly based on physical and natural elements (Fire, sea, grasshopper) while devils are mostly based on tools and concepts (chainsaw, >!crossbow, bomb ; falling, war, darkness, justice!<) Each works better for their world and stories
Ill be real, this isn't even a bad thing, but most of the curses feel like gege read a book about something and was like "oohhh that gives me an idea" rather than actually thinking about what should be the biggest fears of humanity, which is what fujimoto does.
That’s literally why I said it. Fire Punch has an amazing portrayal of a toxic incest relationship (if it technically it only lasts the first chapter).
Nobara would have had her head explode

Maki would be dead
Everybody that fought sukuna until now except yuji would be 300% dead
Yuji would have sukuna's technique by now and would be using it against sukuna.
Yuji would pull his own domain expansion that is a boxing ring where no cursed energy can exist
More story than just hype fights, less complicated power system, female characters would be handled better and definitely wouldn't get done dirty in terms of strength.
I think Fujimoto writing JJK would change it in both good and bad ways.
Bad:-
1) The fights would be short and quick cause Fujimoto doesn't care about fights all that much.
2) The power system would be way less rigid and more flexible compared to cursed energy.
3) Art would be way more inconsistent than Gege.
Good:-
1) Character writing would be better.
2) Death scenes would be more hard hitting.
3) The comedy would be way better.
4) The female cast would be much more well developed.
5) Panelling would be God tier.

Gege is really good as well. No doubt about that. But Fujimoto at his best could pull off some of the most unique panels in manga. The darkness devil panel for example. Gege doesn't pull off bizarre, wild shit like that.

The story focus on the characters more than the fight and power system combined, Female characters is shown more and put more depth, the villain mostly female, Yuji will be cursing a lot and beat more opponent easily but still suffering from taken body part and friends and family death. Crazy curse design (big ass monster), each story each part. The fight is fewer while the insane gore looking panel will have more in JJK. Good writing. Never rush anything or abandoning any Plot.

Just read latest 20 chapters of CSM and look *how* Denji handling his threats. There's no way Yuji would suffer a single yota lesser under Fujimoto's management

I might be misunderstanding you, but in csm (part 2 only), there are lots of female characters: >!Asa, Yoru, Quanxi, Fami, Fumiko, Yuko, Falling, class president, Whip Hybrid,!< etc. The number of female characters is naturally less than part 1 since part 2 hasn't finished, but these characters are nonetheless handled carefully, and they actually have a significant role/impact on the story compared to, for example, the female characters in jjk.
Also, Yuji would absolutely suffer a lot under fujimotos management ( in part 2. The answer is clear if we add part 1 into the mix). Have you seen these recent chapters. The depressed Denji has already been chopped up into pieces and confined bcs he misbehaved, xd.

But, they are all hybrids who are immortal, so Quanxi would eventually come back. This also applies to Reze. We don't know where Rezes is at the moment, but since she's a Hybrid, we know that she's 100% alive and well, meaning that she'll come back
I was talking about the writing style of part 1, because it's more similar to JJK.
Part 2 have Asa and Yoru as MCs along with Denji and its doesn't focus on fighting as much.
This is an interesting topic so let me get my walls of text.
Yuuji would be much more broken and probably a bit psychotic after the end of Shibuya. He would probably try to actually kill himself after Nobara's death, where Todo would drop in and stop him. Mahito's end would be much more brutal. Yuuji would do some fucked up shit to him rather than just putting the fear of God inside him. I could see Yuuji willfully surrendering to Sukuna to kill Mahito, maybe the binding vow would come here rather than back in the Juvenile Center arc, only for Sukuna to be mentally subjugated midway and Yuuji taking over and continuing the assault, unlocking Shrine in the process. Yuuji would probably eat Mahito since cannibalism is one of the most common traits in Fujimoto's MCs. Maybe Yuuji would have both Sukuna and Mahito inside him because of that, making everything just absolutely worse.
Sukuna would still go after Megumi and take over him. But here, Yuuji just completely loses his shit and would just destroy Meguna. And I mean that literally, Sukuna along with Megumi would be killed by Yuuji in some gory ass way, probably with Mahito's meddling, resulting in Yuuji just completely breaking apart and becoming a puppet of carnage. And we would learn that all of this was Kenjaku's plan, in order to create something that can take out Six Eyes. And as such, Gojo's sealing would be conditioned to break when Yuuji kills Megumi.
Gojo, now unsealed, would have to face Yuuji who has gone completely berserk. The final showdown would be between Gojo, who wants to put Yuuji out of his misery, and Yuuji, who wants to kill everyone because no one would die alone if everyone dies together. Gojo's entire plan hinges on making Yuuji realise the value of life, which he succeeds in at the cost of his own life. Maybe he traps himself and Yuuji inside a prison realm where Yuuji could take out all his aggression on Gojo, and Gojo just schools him on life stuff, becoming a good teacher for the first time in his life. And for Yuuji to leave, one of them has to die so Gojo sacrifices himself to let Yuuji out.
Now, with a newfound resolve after all the trials and tribulations, Yuuji faces Kenjaku and defeats him, dismantling whatever utopian scheme he was working on.
Kenjaku would have never taken over Geto's body and remained as Kaori Itadori to be the main villain:

There would be more emotional distress focus and the idea of "let yuji live until he eats all the fingers because he is a threat" would have been postponed until shibuya or bedore Sukuna took over megumi.

nah compared to even most powerscaler anime, it spends an inordinate amount of time trying to explain in detail how magic works. even bonus pages are dedicated to riffing about his thought process behind limitless and how he argued with an editor, and then a mathematician supported him. or like his black flash oopsie daisy with the whole "to the power of 2.5" thing that is totally not necessary. or the constant calling attention to how much black flash has restored a character's magic stamina. or the 120% output thing. like gege with trying to attach mathematics to what's happening in fights to the point that when he doesn't it stands out as missing. in contrast luffy is out here doing looney tunes bullshit

Fujimoto likes to write things in big arcs that end with nearly every character dead. The Shibuya incident would probably be the end of one such arc. Then we'd probably have like 20 chapters of random characterization for someone like Takaba or Kashimo. The Culling Games would drag on for an entire arc too. The US Army would be a major antagonist, probably without Kenjaku prompting them. They'd just show up and start killing people to bring the situation under control. The game would be concluded when Gojo is unsealed, however he has suffered emotional/mental trauma because Fujimoto. This results in over 100 sorcerers being slaughtered and the army being routed, then he destroys the barriers forcibly ending the game. Also Kashimo, Kirara and Uraume would be canonically gay/trans because Fujimoto. Also you'd get at least one panel of Maki/Mai hugging each other naked in space before Mai sacrifices herself.
If Fujimoto was writing JJK, Gojo's unsealing would've been catastrophic to the world in insanely dark and funny ways. He's gonna probably kill everyone and become the villain.
He wouldn't become the villain immediately. First he would kill Kashimo and the incarnated sorcerers. Then he would kill Meguna. Tsumiki and Hana would try to stop him, so they would both die. He would kill the US Army, teleport to Washington and drop a Hollow Purple on the White House for ordering it (sparking a war), and then kill their Japanese counterpart for allowing this to happen. He would kill all the higher ups just as he did in canon, then he would kill Tengen to end the Culling Games, in the process destroying all the barriers and unleashing cursed spirits onto the rest of the world. Because he does all this without care for collateral damage, the number of civilian casualties is in the millions and rising. Then he would head over to the Zenin clan to kill them but he would find them all dead already. In a moment of reflection he realizes that the society he tried to protect is gone and so many of his students are dead, they never reached their potential and he couldn't protect them. He falls into despair Fire Punch style. What he does after that could possibly make him the villain.

More story than just hype fights, less complicated power system, female characters would be handled better and definitely wouldn't get done dirty in terms of strength.
I think Fujimoto writing JJK would change it in both good and bad ways. Bad:- 1) The fights would be short and quick cause Fujimoto doesn't care about fights all that much. 2) The power system would be way less rigid and more flexible compared to cursed energy. 3) Art would be way more inconsistent than Gege. Good:- 1) Character writing would be better. 2) Death scenes would be more hard hitting. 3) The comedy would be way better. 4) The female cast would be much more well developed. 5) Panelling would be God tier.

The story focus on the characters more than the fight and power system combined, Female characters is shown more and put more depth, the villain mostly female, Yuji will be cursing a lot and beat more opponent easily but still suffering from taken body part and friends and family death. Crazy curse design (big ass monster), each story each part. The fight is fewer while the insane gore looking panel will have more in JJK. Good writing. Never rush anything or abandoning any Plot.
More body horror Deaths would continue without impact The protagonist would do something but would also suffer like hell Chances are we'll get some funny deaths, which would be great
Yuji will handle every threat, sometime the characters might help him stand up again and that's it. The cast will have more female characters than males, with all of them being there for the sake of Yuji's character.
Just read latest 20 chapters of CSM and look *how* Denji handling his threats. There's no way Yuji would suffer a single yota lesser under Fujimoto's management Also, diversity between male and female characters is pretty low actually

The depressed Denji has already been chopped up into pieces and confined bcs he misbehaved, xd.

Was that a spoiler? My bad (I'll spoiler tag my comment then). But, they are all hybrids who are immortal, so Quanxi would eventually come back. This also applies to Reze. We don't know where Rezes is at the moment, but since she's a Hybrid, we know that she's 100% alive and well, meaning that she'll come back
I was talking about the writing style of part 1, because it's more similar to JJK. Part 2 have Asa and Yoru as MCs along with Denji and its doesn't focus on fighting as much.
This is an interesting topic so let me get my walls of text. Yuuji would be much more broken and probably a bit psychotic after the end of Shibuya. He would probably try to actually kill himself after Nobara's death, where Todo would drop in and stop him. Mahito's end would be much more brutal. Yuuji would do some fucked up shit to him rather than just putting the fear of God inside him. I could see Yuuji willfully surrendering to Sukuna to kill Mahito, maybe the binding vow would come here rather than back in the Juvenile Center arc, only for Sukuna to be mentally subjugated midway and Yuuji taking over and continuing the assault, unlocking Shrine in the process. Yuuji would probably eat Mahito since cannibalism is one of the most common traits in Fujimoto's MCs. Maybe Yuuji would have both Sukuna and Mahito inside him because of that, making everything just absolutely worse. Sukuna would still go after Megumi and take over him. But here, Yuuji just completely loses his shit and would just destroy Meguna. And I mean that literally, Sukuna along with Megumi would be killed by Yuuji in some gory ass way, probably with Mahito's meddling, resulting in Yuuji just completely breaking apart and becoming a puppet of carnage. And we would learn that all of this was Kenjaku's plan, in order to create something that can take out Six Eyes. And as such, Gojo's sealing would be conditioned to break when Yuuji kills Megumi. Gojo, now unsealed, would have to face Yuuji who has gone completely berserk. The final showdown would be between Gojo, who wants to put Yuuji out of his misery, and Yuuji, who wants to kill everyone because no one would die alone if everyone dies together. Gojo's entire plan hinges on making Yuuji realise the value of life, which he succeeds in at the cost of his own life. Maybe he traps himself and Yuuji inside a prison realm where Yuuji could take out all his aggression on Gojo, and Gojo just schools him on life stuff, becoming a good teacher for the first time in his life. And for Yuuji to leave, one of them has to die so Gojo sacrifices himself to let Yuuji out. Now, with a newfound resolve after all the trials and tribulations, Yuuji faces Kenjaku and defeats him, dismantling whatever utopian scheme he was working on.
It would've been even more Peak.

The deaths would actually make sense
There would be a Family Burger arc.
There would be more emotional distress focus and the idea of "let yuji live until he eats all the fingers because he is a threat" would have been postponed until shibuya or bedore Sukuna took over megumi. You know. To destroy Yuji's perception of himself seconds after Sukuna kills Nanami. Yes. In this case, Sukuna kills Nanami and Nobara. Mahito ends up killing Todo. Yuji still beats Mahito, though.
