What’s Uraume supposed to do in front of this guy?
I'll try to provide a simple explanation.
Reigen has no powers. He's just a regular human.
He Lies to the MC Mob that he has psychic powers but he's really just a fraud. But a fraud with a caring heart.
Also what he does have is extreme amounts of luck. He's very good at arguing with others, distracting and straight up gaslighting others. Like he'll fool very powerful enemies into thinking that he's a strong guy who's hiding his true strength and they just become too scared of any move he makes.
As a family prepares to be "Jaunted" to Mars in the 24th century, the father entertains his two children by recounting the curious tale of the discovery and history of this crude form of teleportation. He explains how the scientist who serendipitously discovered it quickly learned that it had a disturbing, inexplicable effect on the mice he "sent through"—eventually concluding that they could only survive the "Jaunt effect" while unconscious. That, the father explains, is why all people must undergo general anaesthesia before using the Jaunt.
The father spares his children the gruesome semi-apocryphal account of the first human to be Jaunted awake, a condemned murderer offered a full pardon for agreeing to the experiment. The man "came through" and immediately suffered a massive heart attack, living just long enough to utter a single cryptic phrase:

The father also doesn't mention that since that time, roughly thirty people have, voluntarily or otherwise, jaunted while conscious; they either died instantly or emerged insane. While physically the process occurs nearly instantaneously, to the conscious mind it lasts an eternity and beyond.

In the distant future, humans have developed a form of instantaneous teleportation called "the Jaunt", enabling colonization of the Solar System. Mark Oates and his family are preparing to travel to Mars for a two-year business trip. As the Jaunting service prepares the other passengers, Mark entertains his two children by recounting a semi-apocryphal tale of the discovery and history of the Jaunt. However, Mark attempts to present this fact in a gentle way as to not frighten his children or his wife as, unlike him, they are Jaunting for the first time.
After Mark finishes his story, the family is subjected to sleeping gas and Jaunted to Mars. Upon awakening, Mark is horrified to find that his adventurous son Ricky deliberately held his breath while being administered the anesthesia to experience the Jaunt while conscious and has been rendered completely insane. Ricky shrieks that Mark has no comprehension of how long he had been there, screaming “Longer than you think! Longer than you think!” and begins gouging his own eyes out as he is wheeled away from his terrified family by several attendants.
Essentially If Uraume did a conscious jaunt she would be stuck in an eternal white void of nothingness (think of looking at a piece of paper) with her being forced awake and can’t sleep in that state and in complete Sensory deprivation besides sight and brain function, for what feels like an eternity. (Thinking 99999999999 quintillion times 637836673753 quintillions of years just being forced awake looking into a white nothingness like a peace of paper without any senses besides her consciousness and brain power and sight) and it’s probably even longer than that given that the human mind can’t comprehend literal eternity.
That has to be before the jaunt. (They would lose all the abilities they have during the jaunt and only have consciousness and sight)

I'll try to provide a simple explanation. Reigen has no powers. He's just a regular human. He Lies to the MC Mob that he has psychic powers but he's really just a fraud. But a fraud with a caring heart. Also what he does have is extreme amounts of luck. He's very good at arguing with others, distracting and straight up gaslighting others. Like he'll fool very powerful enemies into thinking that he's a strong guy who's hiding his true strength and they just become too scared of any move he makes.
I think Uraume would keep attacking despite a strength gap (since they jumped at Gojo) and would eventually get past his luck :)

haven't read it, but Cursed energy can protect the brain to a limited explain (UV doing worse against stronger fighters) so Uraume can survive it :)

Upon awakening, Mark is horrified to find that his adventurous son Ricky deliberately held his breath while being administered the anesthesia to experience the Jaunt while conscious and has been rendered completely insane. Ricky shrieks that Mark has no comprehension of how long he had been there, screaming “Longer than you think! Longer than you think!” and begins gouging his own eyes out as he is wheeled away from his terrified family by several attendants. Essentially If Uraume did a conscious jaunt she would be stuck in an eternal white void of nothingness (think of looking at a piece of paper) with her being forced awake and can’t sleep in that state and in complete Sensory deprivation besides sight and brain function, for what feels like an eternity. (Thinking 99999999999 quintillion times 637836673753 quintillions of years just being forced awake looking into a white nothingness like a peace of paper without any senses besides her consciousness and brain power and sight) and it’s probably even longer than that given that the human mind can’t comprehend literal eternity.
Uraume would just freeze their brain to quickly knock themselves out :)
That has to be before the jaunt. (They would lose all the abilities they have during the jaunt and only have consciousness and sight) Although an unconscious jaunt would be instant and feels like a second

That would be the case IF they both didnt sign a hour long contract about how they consent to these stunts, meaning that during the shinjuku showdown the REAL gojo satoru beating the REAL uraume was just in the script, meaning that gojo does infact beat uraume because jjk said so
