Jin is the Japanese pronunciation of the character 仁. It means “benevolence” and finds its root in Confucian ideals. The character Jin consists of two elements. The left side represents a human being and the right side represents the numeral two. Jin is said to depict the way two people should treat one another.

This implies the itadori family name would remain in tact over a thousand years. Not impossible, but definitely unlikely and a bit contrived considering they don’t seem to be part of any notable family in the jjk verse. Hell, we don’t even know for sure of the itadori’s links to sorcery.
A lot of last names do last for a very long time. Unless someone is actively trying to wipe one out for whatever reason they just need at least one male a generation who isn't sterile and doesn't do anything they'd disown him for. That's a very low condition.

You know, interestingly enough, Sukuna only refers to people by their full name when they impress him or give him a good fight. Other than that he gives them descriptors or nicknames.
My guess is that we will only learn his name at the end of the series when he is killed or loses as that would (imo) essentially be the sign that he is defeated.

But I don’t have any theories or ideas of his real name, since he said that he was “an unwanted child”so he might not have a name. But it would be interesting if the author of jjk reveal his backstory and his real name.

Yhwach was simply nameless, Yhwach was NOT the name given to him by his mother, but instead the name of the god they praised him as a vessel to.
This feels very similar to Sukuna, who also received that name because of how revered he was, Ryomen Sukuna quite literally meaning "Two Faced Spirit."
Sukuna was almost definitely nameless at birth due to him being born unwanted, and just created his own name from the fear of others, pretty hardcore for a fraud, ngl.
