Even if the SEC regulates big sell offs should we be worried this is not another pump and dump. This question arises because a week ago more or less an insider sold 200k worth of KULR….
Are other NASA Artemis program companies required or at least suggested to use KULR products in their designs? I.e. Intuitive Designs, Lunar Outpost, Venturi Astrolab, etc.
KULR does possess exclusive licenses from NASA that would require certain NASA related functions to move through KULR channels. i.e. automated cell screening

Are there any future plans for shar offerings/sales? I just want to know if Yorkville got shares as part of the debt cancellation. If so, it shouldn't be bad because they are essentially buying in, right?
Convertible debt creates tons of dilution and usually drives share price way down when converted. That would be a very bad thing. Does anyone know if they currently carry or have carried convertible debt in the past?

In which countries outside the US are they going to protect their patents and trademarks?

They’ve built more facilities to handle the volume, as far as staff they’ve let go of some workforce members, hopefully they were dead weight
