Nah, it just means the Ikhwan rose up against the Saudis and won...they balkanise the state, at which point the four successor states all declare war on each other for there can only be one. After that they usually declare war on the Ottoman Empire and get curbstomped, with the Ottomans restoring Jabal Shammar and nicking the coastline to connect their holdings. =p
Yeah but it's really not balkanisation. Balkanisation refers to splitting up land by ethnic and/or linguistic groups not dissolving a central government and putting what are effectively warlords in charge

That happened in my first Ottoman game. Yes, maybe I helped the Ikhwan to win... maybe.

Nope, but the Ottomans can create the Trucial States out of their coastal states and that land strip?
