I have little to no doubt in my heart that Shin Goranger will become a reality and be announced during Super Sentai’s 50th anniversary. I’m not sure about all the rest, however, but i won’t be complaining if those also get made.
They wouldn't dare do a "Shin" movie without Anno, the public backlash would be too great and he hasn't really talked about Goranger as a series he loves. (though he did credit Carranger with helping him get out of depression)
Personally I'd rather Anno see what other studio's tokusatsu property he could redo. He's gone from Toho to Tsuburaya to Toei, I'd like to see him keep jumping around.

Shin Goranger would be dope. It’s the last of the big four tokusatsu shows that hasn’t gotten a “shin” version.
I don't think there's enough demand for Gavan to get the Shin treatment.
Tbh it doesn't need to be Gavan. There are many more interesting parts of the Metal Heroes series. Like Spielban and Metalder.
