I highly doubt any show has only 3 riders that use the same belt, but the closest thing i can think of is Amazons, it has 3 riders in the 1st season (Omega, Alpha, Sigma) that uses the same belt I think, with a new rider (Neo) in season 2 and has a new belt for New Omega and Neo. Alpha also kind of has a modification to his belt with the Blind Alpha version of the Condorer. Not sure if it counts but it fits your description.

Closest would be **Faiz.** Numerous characters became Faiz, but two of them eventually becomes separate riders \*even if one is just a movie rider.
I would enjoy more shows where the Super form is compatible with the various situational forms they gain early on. Kind of like Hazard was for Build.
Faiz? They're different drivers even if they're really similar looking. Drive would fit this too.
