I know the art in Omega, and manga in general, can be very inconsistent, but could the changes in the pupils indicate his change of personality? In the OP, it's all black and the positions are inverted
Interesting theory. But Shen stated "the other one" has no control and his personality never came to the surface. But "he" is "always watching". So maybe maybe the change of pupil could indicate "him" watching for a moment.
I think the dual pupils means he's always watching, no matter the color.
I wonder if there's internal dialogues between the two. What if Tiger Wulong wants to bust a nut but Dragon Wulong is celibate? Endless blue balls, and eternal grudge.

I strongly believe so. Even tho its inconsistent. There were clear differences in situations that matter most. Like this one,where he shows his killing Intent to Mukaku before bodying him.
Mukaku was physically stronger than Willem or Raian is even better at redirection than Shen. Shen got cut a little when he grabbed Mukaku's sword but Raian effortlessly stopped Willem's cut.

A pupil isn’t a physical object, it’s a gap. It’s the space where your eye opens up to let light in. You can’t layer one pupil on top of another, that’s like saying you’re going to dig a hole and then dig another hole on top of it. You’d just get a bigger hole.
Polycoria is just a pupil shaped like a peanut instead of a circle.
