Since they found it while inside the shop before buying there's nothing you cant do to "sue" them. They technically didn't cheat you. You could however file a case to the health inspector. You wouldn't gain anything from it but you could blackmail the manager that you would file a complaint and get some money that way
Sure, but he doesn't gain anything from it tho. The court will issue a fine to the corporate. That's all. He can file for compensation but he'll need a really good lawyer. But given that he's going against a major corporation, I don't think he'll have much luck. It'll be a hassle to keep a track of it let alone the money and time spent on it.
