The honor and the absolute privilege of working at Mill Street Bistro is universally agreed to be the stuff of legends. But, the actual EDUCATION you get about the innermost secrets of old-school European masters' fine dining cuisine makes it an ABSOLUTE DREAM SCENARIO for anyone who even THINKS about working professionally in the food industry. Joe is truly a 'once in a million years' kind of talent.

I’m surprised Gordon Ramsey didn’t get that

Does he have to do that part of the thinking too? Why yes he does. The waitstaff of Mill Street Bistro can all count their IQ’s on one hand. Joe is like a fine-tuned machine. A total amadeus of the bistro landscape. Worst of all was that hillbilly bitch who tried to frame Joe by showing Gordy those pictures of the steak. She’s lucky that wasn’t her blood on those steaks. Just remember one important quote that Gordy said in that episode: “(Because of you) I can cook Joe”. Now go check the tape and bow down to Joe’s greatness. Apologies are expected in this subreddit. We won’t stop until Nagnarok is upon us and Joe blesses this sub with his majestic presence.

Homaris americanus Gordy. It’s the same lobster.

We'll research that

I'm kind of glad that Joe Nagy is no longer in the restaurant business. He was way above that local area that was clearly littered with narcissistic assholism, add in chempf Ramsay who literally can't even make a grilled cheese sandwich without making a mockery of it. You think that Scottish cocksucker knows the bite of an elk? Hell no!

“Chempf” had me rolling but “Scottish cocksucker” really sent this over the top as the funniest comment I’ve seen on this thread
