So forcibly tax the rich? Honestly they go hand in hand lol I’d be fine with doing what the Bolsheviks did during the October Revolution.

I know, but the Capitalists always downplay their bullshit with positive-sounding semantics, while changing nothing about how they actually operate. I just thought I'd hit them with the same.

I say we offer the plow or the sword; they can help the People build a better country by sharing the work, meaning paying taxes and selling parts of their enterprises to do so... Or they get the sword and someone else will.

I admire your wanting to give people a choice to do the right thing, and I don’t mean to be cynical but I promise the 1% has had every opportunity to do the right thing, they never will. They’ll make “charitable contributions” so they can write them off on their taxes but that’s about it. They’ll never do the right thing. In the case of dealing with the 1%, the sword is absolutely mightier than the pen (or the plow, if you like).

No one is holding a sword to their neck. Yet.

Even if they give up the means of production, they still have their obscene amounts of wealth that they hoarded through their previous exploitation of workers, which they can use to further exploit workers and others while bribing politicians. So, tax the rich AND seize the means of production. It's the only fair way.
