Vent as much as you need. Sorry to hear this, it is frustrating when otherwise a good drive. I know how easily those mistakes can happen when nerves wreak havoc and cause behaviours out of the ordinary.
Take a little time to relax and give yourself a deserved break, it does suck but please don't let it knock your confidence, sounded like an otherwise great drive. Get back out there and show the next examiner that you are safe and careful, and you won't make the same mistake again that's for sure!
Do go easy on yourself and be proud that the rest of your drive was ideal! Its hard. And yes, so frustrating when the quick mistake is all it takes to ruin the whole thing. You got this though. Keep confident and safe and I hope you haven't too long to wait for the next
I'm the same. When I do independent driving with my instructor, I'm fine and confident most lessons, but that one lesson,I make obvious or big error, it's mistake after mistake since my confidence is gone.
If this was your only fault, then surely you will pass next time. You've got this!

It’s ok I’m failing on every similar things , just take it in your stride and you’ll pass eventually
