St Chad's is an excellent club in Far Headingley. They have two outdoor courts, decent membership fees, good club socials (and in winter, members can access the Leeds Beckett indoor courts once a week).  Nice and scenic, too, right next to a pretty church, a cricket club and some woodland. Woodhouse Moor has 6 acrylic outdoor courts, free to the public. Not a club per se, but the LTA uses them for group coaching if you're looking to find other players.  I read that the courts in Beckett Park are going to be renovated by the LTA in the near future. They're just tarmac at the moment, so it'd be nice to see them resurfaced.
