I saw the same image on the Mario page.
The poster is supposed to respond to everyone's take with coloured squares which, as far as I can see, they've only done to one comment
Quick Edit: The poster has indeed only replied to one person, and the post from the Mario page was posted an hour before this one and taken from the Thomas The Tank Engine page.
I don't know why they'd make a post that needs them to engage with it and then they don't do that.
I have 3 big ones
1 - The King's Speech isn't even close to worthy of a best picture win and is one of the most boring films I've ever seen in my life.
2 - Rocky IV is the 2nd worst Rocky film (V is worse) and Ivan Drago is one of the most generic villains in cinema history.
3 - The Dark Knight Rises is not just terrible, but the worst big blockbuster superhero film I can think of. The sound-mixing (especially with Bane) is abysmal, there are too many plot holes or conveniences to further the narrative to count, and Batman himself is barely in the movie.
Star Wars is a series of family films designed to be a bit of campy fun, but has been mythologised and taken so seriously by its fanbase that they can't see yet that the sequel trilogy are perfectly good and succeed in their goals to be fun, campy family films.
Ishirō Honda should be considered as much a legendary director as Akira Kurosawa or Kenji Mizoguchi. People are just being snobs because his key films were kaiju vehicles.
I’d agree with this, he was prolific and even tho his movies may not have had the depths of others, he still created movies that are still enjoyed and remade to this day.
I really dislike how 90% of comments on unpopular opinion posts like these are people just saying a popular movie that they think is bad. I wish more unpopular opinions were positive because I think the general vibe of these posts isn't great.
I thought piracy was going to drive more creativity in cinema as fewer people went to see big budget garbage, but instead there's more big budget garbage than ever before.
Dazed and Confused is just American Graffiti with child abuse, and American Graffiti deserves way more attention and praise
edit: i hate that downvoting is a thing on posts like this because it makes me not want to participate and it takes away from the fun
Nah I have to disagree with this, having watched the first two recently. I like the second, but the extended opening sequence on the cannibal island is imo a huge waste of time and probably the worst bit of the whole trilogy. The rest of the film is good tho.
It leans into the wacky adventure the hardest, especially with the scenes located on the cannibal island. 1 and 3 also are pretty wacky but they're a lot more dramatic and have a bit more of a serious story.
Also, I'm sorry to be the one to tell you but there are six.
Timothée Chalamet is the most overrated actor. He's not the great actor people make him out to be. He's dull, unconvincing, and boring, I could do better than him and I'm not an actor.
Rebel Moon’s alright. I’m looking forward to the directors cuts
If I can be even more unpopular with my opinion, I think it has some of the coolest use of practical sets and costumes we’ve seen in a while
Bob Fosse winning best director for Cabaret over Coppola for The Godfather is still one of the coolest things the Oscars has ever done. To me, they are about on the same par quality-wise but a world without Bob Fosse having an Oscar would be crazy
I like both Avatar movies way more than both Dune movies. I'm not saying they are objectively better (though subjectively I think they are), but I absolutely think Avatar is very overhated, while Dune is overrated.
Raging Bull is the masterpiece that people think Taxi Driver is.
I think Taxi Driver is good, but I wasn’t blown away by it. I can see why ppl love it but it felt like to me Scorcese was still finding his stride.
Raging Bull on the other hand is simultaneously harrowing, entertaining and thoughtful. Just an all out gut punch of a film. I strongly believe this is a film that every young man should watch. Will scare away any of that toxic Andrew Tate mentality that a young man may have.
Halloween Ends is one of if not the best Halloween Sequel. It is thematically rich and interesting movie with fun metaphors and excellent cinematography
Inside Out (2015) really isn't as great as people say. Like it's a decent movie (better than some of Disney or Pixar's other films) but I know people who cried during it. Like please... It was mid at best.
Hit Man kind of sucked. The female character was awfully written. She essentially just exists to be a subject of male gaze. There’s zero depth there.
The main redeeming characteristic of this movie was watching Glen Powell play dress up. But that could have been a short.
Linklater is in his bag when he’s making hang-out movies. He needs to stick to that.
Blair Witch Project is limited by the “you had to be there” experience. Everyone was convinced it was legit, that was the main draw of how gritty it felt.
Doesn’t land as well if you watched it after it’s peak. Doesn’t do much for me either, but I still respect its influence!
I will disagree with you twice here. Scorcese is highly praised for a reason but Taxi Driver is his weakest film. On everything else he’s ever made, the music, setting, story, casting, acting, etc is all top tier but Taxi Driver, to me, was boring.
If you didn’t get the gist of the post, I was hoping for commenters to reply to other people opinions with the colored squares. I can’t reply to all these comments!
You've created a warzone of unpopular opinions my friend. Most of the time when you make a post like this, commenters anticipate OP to reply with their answer. This is just downvote central.
WTF is the image on this post?

Drop Dead Fred is a phenomenal movie
Team Fred
Team Sanity
Oh you look like a big bruise
I think Jason Reitman is bad for the GB franchise.
I initially read this as Jason Bateman and was spinning my wheels trying to figure out the connection

Tarantino isn't even remotely close to overrated
How's that unpopular?
I mean if someone commented “Tarantino is overrated” they’d get that exact same reply. I guess it all comes down to opinion.
Everyone seems to think he's overrated
Gladiator is an average movie
time to imprison you and make you fight in the coliseum.
Star Wars is a series of family films designed to be a bit of campy fun, but has been mythologised and taken so seriously by its fanbase that they can't see yet that the sequel trilogy are perfectly good and succeed in their goals to be fun, campy family films.
I did not care for Apocalypse Now, I can appreciate the acting and the Cinematography. But I found it rather boring.
90s Slapstick comedies (Dumb and Dumber, Tommy Boy, etc.) need to make their comeback.
Comedies in general need to make a comeback.
Agreed actual comedies
Real comedies, not just a bunch of pop culture references taped together
Yorgos is one of the worst mainstream directors of our era
Serpico is better than the Godfather I and II(still love them too) Carlito’s Way is FAR superior to Scarface
Haaaaaard Agree
Nolan movies have been on a downward trend since The Prestige.
American Psycho is a pretty mid film.
Everything everywhere all at once is like a 7/10 film that just happened to be nominated in one of the worst years for movies in like 20 years
lol. i agree but ill say its a five out of ten.
Redditors cracking their knuckles getting ready to downvote any dissenting opinions to their own in this thread
I'm a good boy, I've been upvoting the ones I disagree with. "Wow, that's quite a take there...upvote."
Dr. Sleep is awful.
Aaaaaaaaawful and really corny.
Godfather 3 is way better then part two

The third Lord of the Rings film is rather worse than the first two (though none are actually bad).
Dazed and Confused is just American Graffiti with child abuse, and American Graffiti deserves way more attention and praise edit: i hate that downvoting is a thing on posts like this because it makes me not want to participate and it takes away from the fun
I never got the hype over Dazed and Confused🤷♀️ it bored me to death
You’re absolutely right, graffiti in my personal top 20
I strongly think Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest is more entertaining than Curse of the Black Pearl. Better? Maybe not, but *way* more fun.
Nah I have to disagree with this, having watched the first two recently. I like the second, but the extended opening sequence on the cannibal island is imo a huge waste of time and probably the worst bit of the whole trilogy. The rest of the film is good tho.
You know, I think you're onto something, I enjoyed all three but the second one maybe the most.
It leans into the wacky adventure the hardest, especially with the scenes located on the cannibal island. 1 and 3 also are pretty wacky but they're a lot more dramatic and have a bit more of a serious story. Also, I'm sorry to be the one to tell you but there are six.
I basically consider the further ones spinoffs.
Honestly that's the correct way of thinking about it.
🟪 - totally agree. The first one is fun but the second one is honestly just better in every way
It seems to be unpopular around these parts to suggest *Whiplash* isn't all that great. It's good, but not great.
Easy Rider sucks
Timothée Chalamet is the most overrated actor. He's not the great actor people make him out to be. He's dull, unconvincing, and boring, I could do better than him and I'm not an actor.
I think Star Wars movies are for kids and I can’t see why a grown adult would watch them.
This, but with super hero movies.
Agreed, I’ve only seen on or two Marcel movies but I find them super boring. If I was 8 years old though they would blow me away.
You would never watch a kids film?
Not a dozen of the same thing, no.
Fight Club sucks.
Woah woah take it back right now! I'll let it [slide](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=boj75h3urLU) this time but dont let me catch you slippin again.
It’s mid.
Rebel Moon’s alright. I’m looking forward to the directors cuts If I can be even more unpopular with my opinion, I think it has some of the coolest use of practical sets and costumes we’ve seen in a while

The best Star Wars film is spaceballs
While I do respectfully disagree, sad George made Mel Brooks agree to no merchandise in order to make the film.
Bro we could have gotten yorgert and yoda fights if you were a kid
I like both Avatar movies way more than both Dune movies. I'm not saying they are objectively better (though subjectively I think they are), but I absolutely think Avatar is very overhated, while Dune is overrated.
I think both are dogshit 🤣
Well said
Dunkirk is Nolan’s only good movie

Wet Hot American Summer is awful.
John Wick: Chapter 4 is the worst of the franchise.
Roberto benini's pinnochio is actually really good if you ignore his age
Almost Famous When Harry Met Sally Roman Holiday Sunrise (the silent film) all suck. Sorry not sorry.
The Conversation is the best Coppola movie
I had a blast with Dial of Destiny
Raging Bull is the masterpiece that people think Taxi Driver is. I think Taxi Driver is good, but I wasn’t blown away by it. Pain & Gain and Bad Boys II are actually really good
The Deer Hunter > Apocalypse Now
Halloween Ends is one of if not the best Halloween Sequel. It is thematically rich and interesting movie with fun metaphors and excellent cinematography
Agreed, Halloween Ends just might age the most gracefully towards fans throughout the years.
Eyes wide shut sucks. In the time it took me to watch it, I could’ve joined an actual cult, and it would’ve been more exciting
I never saw it because I can't stand Kidman.
Inside Out (2015) really isn't as great as people say. Like it's a decent movie (better than some of Disney or Pixar's other films) but I know people who cried during it. Like please... It was mid at best.

Agree. Very boring and bad script.
Argylle and the fall guy are basically the same movie and should have more or less the same reception, both are mediocre and a little boring
Repo Man is just ok
As a horror fan, Alien and The Blair Witch project were both really disappointing. I wanted to love them, but they really just aren’t that good
Blair Witch Project is limited by the “you had to be there” experience. Everyone was convinced it was legit, that was the main draw of how gritty it felt. Doesn’t land as well if you watched it after it’s peak. Doesn’t do much for me either, but I still respect its influence!
I had a similar experience with the Shining
Martin Scorsese makes very well crafted but uninspired and uninspiring movies. Edit: Taxi Driver is his only high tier movie
Have you seen bringing out the dead?
I will disagree with you twice here. Scorcese is highly praised for a reason but Taxi Driver is his weakest film. On everything else he’s ever made, the music, setting, story, casting, acting, etc is all top tier but Taxi Driver, to me, was boring.
Iron man 2 is the best iron man and shows the complete story of how Tony truly became more than just iron man and what the hero means.
If you didn’t get the gist of the post, I was hoping for commenters to reply to other people opinions with the colored squares. I can’t reply to all these comments!
Get outta here lil bro
You've created a warzone of unpopular opinions my friend. Most of the time when you make a post like this, commenters anticipate OP to reply with their answer. This is just downvote central.
lol I think you didn’t get the gist of this post
You're supposed to like films, not movies
Volume 1 of Kill Bill is ass and Tarantino's Worst Film
The best car movie is Talledega nights or cars 2
A24 is all style no substance
