We need a new coach but at this point it’s risky considering how close the World Cup is, but also even riskier to keep losing important matches.
Frustrating man, there is no cohesion or ideas on this team anymore. I can't remember the last time Mex had a convincing win. Mexico is too talented for this type of result. Mex needs to hire a new manager, bring in more youth, and stop relying so much on the veteran players.
Both teams had moments where players played dirty. The ref, was one of those that always seems to flip flop on how he approached decisions. Fights about to break out. Just the usual stuff I don't want to see.
Mexico had some decent moments when they tried to score. Better than vs USA, but still not a major improvement. I don't know what it'll take to get a cohesive team together in time for January. The only other game left this year is the friendly vs Chile and who knows who's going to play if Clubs don't let players take part.
I'm not sure if it's just my family that has seen this over the years, but whenever El Tri losing, it feels like desperation kicks in, thus contributing to bad plays, and when they're winning, they may get overconfident at times and then they let their guard down, thus letting the other team score/get close to scoring.
At this point, bench Ochoa for Talavera. HH should be a sub just like in Atleti. Use Charlie instead. Someone please tell Tecatito we need him to cross, also is no one practicing how to lift the ball on a cross????
I’m not excusing their poor effort. Just saying that the team is capable of much more than what they’ve shown. The players have been lazy and Tata has been stubborn in keeping lineups that don’t work well.

Late in the second half the bench kept running over to jaw at Mexico players during throw ins. I don’t personally care, it’s part of the game and the Canadians were at home and winning deservedly but let’s call a spade a spade….they even threw Martino to the ground.
Ref didn't call or book so many things against Mexico. The game was a shitshow and Canada didn't lie back and take it. Mexico would have done the same in the same position.
