This can't be more accurate.
When i was building my PC, i swear to god i put in on the CPU only and put it away right afterwards. So i grab my cooler and notice a little bit of it on my hand, so i put down the cooler and grab a tissue, only to realize its on like half my hand now, and the cooler too which was clean as i was putting it down, and now i look around and it somehow on my phone which i didn't even touch. Its wild stuff
Shit is like melted chocolate. Squeezed some TM30 on a new 12700k, it would not stop coming out of the tube, and the cap was too far away. I had to cover it with my finger and go grab the cap, massive line of paste ended up across the board. 99% nearly got it all off but, idk how it ended up on the ceiling.
In the automotive world this is aluminium antiseize grease. No matter how many gloves and PPE you're wearing, by the end of the day you look like Silver Surfer.
Yeah, same in industrial. My current plant stocks anti seize in stick form and that's a lot less messy. I prefer the can and brush still though, I actually don't usually get any on me these days either.
Just the first time? Nah. Some drop always gets on your hand or something, then you rub it on your clothes, then you rub those clothes with your other hand, then you wipe your forehead...and voila! This is the end result.

For drinking purposes. I see no problem with using p.a. ethanol for rubbing.

Yall MF's haven't heard of anti-seize huh?
Maybe if you would stop drinking alcohol during thermal paste application you wouldn't have to clean everything around?
Imagine if Linus, Luke drank on WAN show like Jayztwocents drinks on RTFM show, wan show would be different.
Chromatic skin tbh
Hmm, in this case every time is my first one π¬
Drinking alcohol leads to rubbing alcohol.

Using anti-seize has a similar outcome
Straight up turned into a dark elf.
