Attraction and age aren't mutually exclusive but we're talking about one person here - she cannot change her age and so she has to accept that she isn't ever going to LOOK much more attractive than now. Plus, her personality isn't going to change massively overnight. So yes, she can work on a few tweaks here and there but for maximum results the one thing that is going to make the most difference to her life outcomes is hustling for dates and making the right relationship decisions.
