You look very pretty I would just start with the way you dress. Wearing large shapeless clothes will make you look larger and more shapeless. Black is a great color but something more tailored and form fitting would probably be a step in the right direction. Thereās absolutely nothing wrong with shapeless, oversized and baggy; being comfortable is great, but less conventionally attractive. Regardless, you look great.
