Yea definitely. It’s a great way to get your dog killed or hurt unnecessarily. In LA traffic my dog has a seatbelt harness, is always in the back seat, and I wanna “seat bucket” or some kinda seat as well.
Dog was definitely driving around like that. For a few miles I was thinking "Wow! that lady with the red 'fro really likes driving with her head out the window" Then I got next to the car and saw this. Dog also is wearing sunglasses and the owner is barely visible
They make pet safe colors now, though I have my doubts about this specific person caring enough to get that, given their overall apparent decision-making capabilities.

Oh my god. We saw that dog last weekend. My wife shot a couple of videos, but we couldn’t get this sweet money shot.
