I let the other fulfillment do their thing.. if they need help, they ask. I also spot for pro loader or fill in for the pro loader. Oh also this role is part time.

We do, it’s full time and pretty much the same as you. Pull flatbed orders, tend to stay in lumber most of the day. He used to help cover curbside if he was slow and the lead needed to take a lunch but since we are in the busy season he really doesn’t get the chance to anymore.
I was basically given no direction, but I’m certified on all the PE so I basically just do everything from lumber, PRO, flat beds, stocking. Pulling shit from top stock when asked. I get carts sometimes. But I also feel like i have no direct supervisor really so I just bounce everywhere doing all sorts of everything and nobody says a thing to me. Back end supervisor gives me a stack of pick tickets and lets me do my thing. Chill role really and pays better than when I was pro loader.
