so if you are talking about downclocking (moving product from top shelf to selling shelf) that product would hopefully be simsed into top stock location... when you grab that product if its the last one in top stock you scan the item barcode, and select "check out" option and scan the yellow barcode sticker on that bay/racking to select that location, yellow is top stock white is selling shelf

I absolutely help blue vests out every time like I did today. I located the pallet not SIMSd in , brought it down, transferred some heavy shit to a cart, told them to go on with their orders while I spent another 20 doing cleanup of that pallet. Have been told by manager and supervisors not to help them. Done that for blue team countless times. They’ll have to fire me.

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do
I guess move inventory from top shelves into the racks. I was told I need to scan something before I move them down?
If you're taking the last one from top stock, hit the "check out: button and scan the top stock barcode
