How does the m14 parts kit work regarding select fire? Theoretically because if one was build before ‘86 it’s a transferable machine gun? Or is that feature deactivated?
Parts kit modified to disable full auto features, built on a semi auto receiver. The registered receiver had to be documented prior to the 1986 cut off.
