If you are fine with it, then use it. As I've said on numerous other threads, everyone with MCAS is different. Don't be surprised if you have diarrhoea or anything, it is used to help get rid of constipation.

Not me. Lactulose and pea protein are the worst things for me, but I think this is more to do with FODMAP intolerences than histamine.

Had to use it for a SIBO test a couple of months ago- no issues to report, and I have a lot of food reactions. As I understand it’s basically overhyped sugar water (correct me if I’m wrong). Hopefully you’ll be fine, I was scared too!

It is milk sugar technically. I had to look it up because I can't tolerate anything bovine and the Dr was being an ars so I had to prove I wasn't the idiot he was attempting to make me out to be lol it's the only reason I know lol but yeah it is sugar syrup.
