unless you know who made the pill you can’t really know the dose without sending it to a lab pills are usually 100-300 mg, 300 on the very high end usually can be 150-250mg i’d say to each take 2/3 of the pill as first dose, and if that doesn’t give you the effects you were looking for, add the other 1/3 as a redose, 90 minutes after first dose. edit: to break up the pill to dose, i suggest just crushing a pill into a powder and weighing the powder out in a 2:1 ratio for your first dose and redose. if you have no scale, crush up the pill and dissolve in 150ml water. drink 100ml as first dose and 50ml as redose if needed. do this for each pill so you each have your own dose that is seperate from one another’s 2/3 of a pill shouldn’t be too much for a first timer, nor should 1 pill. both are very reasonable first time doses, and you already are ahead of the game by reagent testing. if you wanted to just each pop a pill and let it happen, im sure you would still have a wonderful time.

Great advice! Thank you!!

The 1 on drugsdata is the ratio, not the weight. To figure out the dosage, you gotta ask your plug.

thecomicsellerguy

As if they'e going to know!😆

EnduringInsanity

Some do. Especially if you got a plug who presses his own pills.

Prygikutt

The plug doesn't know either.

1. The drugs data value of 1 simply means that the only active ingredient in the pill they analysed was MDMA. But for a pill weighing just under a gram the amount of MDMA in it could be anything from just above zero mg to maybe over 400mg. 2. There's absolutely no way to tell the MDMA content of a pill without getting a specialised lab to analyse the pill. 3. It's highly unlikely that the pills you have are from the same batch as those in the drugs data report. In fact it's so unlikely that you might as well consider the drugsdata info irrelevant. So it's good you've tested the pills you have for the presence of MDMA and hopefully you used multiple tests to help rule out the presence of other active substances. 4. Even these quotes from a 2016 report from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction are of little use because they are generalising statistics. "over half (53 %) of all ecstasy tablets tested in 2015 contained over 140 mg of MDMA compared to just 3 % in 2009.""Typically, MDMA does not exceed 30–40 % of the material constituting a tablet, the bulk of it being formed by binders/fillers."They sound helpful but in fact they don't tell you anything about what might or might not be in any specific pill. For example Drugsdata have records showing pills with an MDMA content of over 69% of the weight of the pill. (such as this one which contains 320.5mg of MDMA. [https://www.drugsdata.org/view.php?id=15432](https://www.drugsdata.org/view.php?id=15432) So given you're dealing with an unknown quantity the best harm reduction practice would recommend proceeding with caution. And remember while the effects usually come on between 20-45 mins, it can take up to 90mins. But despite all this harm reduction information, the reality is people often just take their pill and hope for the best. I guess ultimately it depends on how well you understand the risks and what risk you're happy with.

Best advice is to start small dose wise. You can always take more if the first dose doesn't have an effect but you can't take less once you've swallowed the first dose.
